Lexy the manager is freaking AWESOME!! They stay open until 8:00!! When you talk about managing a store this is what management looks like!! Customers come first!! Lexy displayed customer needs over everything!! I needed a small job and it was 7:57! I would’ve had to drive 40 mins and im so thankful for her to see my need & help me!! Whewww!!!! Give this lady a raise ASAP!! And I wholehearted believe she deserves one!!

Chris is the print & copy area 🔥🔥🔥🔥. First of all he was helping another customer and I was watching the interaction and he’s awesome as well!! He was so patient with the customer and by this time it’s 8:00 o’clock and the store was closed!! What a great team y’all have here!!

I recently had the opportunity to shop at Office Depot and I am so pleased with my experience. The store was so organized and easy to navigate. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful with finding what I needed. I was able to get all my office supplies printer cartridges and a external computer drive all in one place and the prices were very competitive. I would highly recommend Office Depot for all your office needs.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING!!!, look for kristian without her I would’ve been lost. She deserves a raise with the amount of help she assisted me with.

Over the past few months I stopped going in to local stores because the employees they hire to represent them has been terrible to say the least. Right as I was thinking great customer service was dead I was at Office Depot at Hwy 6 N in Houston and realized it IS NOT. The GM Ms Teresa was so helpful, knowledgeable, and did not leave the store isle until she found what I was seeking! She was kind, had great social skills and her professional personality was amazing! Thank you Ms Teresa!

Ordered last minute colored copies via upload in the website. Order was ready much earlier than expected and the quality was exceptional

Blessing and the rest of the staff are friendly, helpful and fun. This is my favorite store and I go back pretty consistently. The staff and their helpful attitude is why I keep coming back! Kinda pricy, but totally worth it.

Blessing was a blessing. We were trying to setup our new office over the weekend and were having trouble because so many items were out of stock. Her awesome attitude and customer service made my day.

Funny thing is about 15 years ago this is the same location that helped me through my senior project when I was graduating with a bachelors and graphic design. I spent many late hours here back in the day when these places would stay open later at ours for the print centre. I called the head because I wasn’t even sure if printing in a store like this was still an option given the pandemic. But luckily when I called there was a print section on the call selection. Here I am once again without a printer and needing help on a project swiftly. Mind you this was on a very large project but these are young individuals as well learning how to use printing and getting themselves through college or giving themselves a background for their future degrees. I’m very patient and understanding and they helped me with my specific needs. As simple as the project is I’m writing this because FedEx office wanted to charge me an extra $7 for a “Photo enhancement” fee. Which literally is three clicks of a button which should be covered in their hourly wages. I instantly told them I will handle it myself and decided to come back to the same place I had my back 15 years ago. I usually only write extremely bad reviews for places that did not try to meet my needs because of either laziness or because of extra charges given that Business has slowed down since the pandemic. This place didn’t add some random fee after all these years and I spent $6 including tax for my eight pages of one-sided coloured prints. Thank you again and I hope this helps your business.

This was my first visit in Texas. I was met at the door by a knowledgeable helpful service agent. Everything I needed was available. I’m officially an Office Depot customer.

I had excellent service at the Office Depot on Highway 6 & Spencer Road (Copperfield) during my recent visit. I had multiple documents to fax and copy. The Office Depot worker who helped me couldn't have been more patient and helpful. Great job!

I had a wonderful help at this Office Depot 🛒 I was looking for some binders 📚 and this young helpful lady 👩🏻 named, Melissa, helped me and my friend find the best ones. Upon the payment, it was a bit of hassle however this young woman took care of all my needs and made it very simple and easy. So I had a happy shopping there, thank you very much Melissa for all what you have done to me. Hope your kindness and good attitude will take you to the higher position, therefore, I will rate for 5 stars. Woohoo

The store at hwy 6 and 529 has a new manager, he answered the phone about a product I needed as a present for my daughter. Very nice, professional, and courteous. Here I was apprehensive about going to the store and was treated well by Quintin, the store manager
