Today pump number 16 would not accept any commands on the screen but it still took a card so I was able to get fuel. There continues to be something wrong with this station at every visit.

Staff and cleanliness of establishment is great. Only major issue, the coffee is never readily available in the morning...out of order multiple times a week....dont know if they are short staffed or what but in the mornings its crucial to have that ready.

I visited the store on Super Bowl Sunday about one hour before the game started. There was one cashier working with a half a dozen people in line. The men's room was a disaster. Soap dispenser was missing, no paper towels, hand sanitizer dispenser was empty and the men's stall was a huge mess with dirty toilet paper all over the floor

Most employees are very cordial.
I often notice the lack of keeping the trash cans emptied. Trash blows out then we have litter. Today I went and drove through the pump area and all the trash cans were bursting at the seems. Same with the 2 cans near the door
Maybe they are having trouble keeping employees. But nothing worse than seeing a ton of trash. Clean it up. Geez

I've sent messages in the app and spoken to the store personal on multiple occasions, and no one seems to care as I have seen German roaches here many times over the past few weeks. They need to clean and sanitize on a daily basis to stop these insects. Hopefully, someone sees this and can have a meeting to teach them the importance of cleanliness.

The new manger and assistant manager are very rude and there is missing merchandise and the store is a mess. The only manger I seen work her butt off is the assistant manger Karen she is very nice person and she has been there for long time

Dear convenience store.
I have been driving by the past couple of weeks. It appears that you sell everything. However, I tried to buy gas, twice. You have none. I tried to buy ice cream. Your freezer was kaput. I tried to buy a fountain drink months ago. Out of order.....for months. So it appears that you actually sell nothing. The store down the street is getting your business. You do have friendly employees and a clean store. Straighten up or that giant pest control company that comes in every day for gas, food and drinks will find another venue. This hurts the Sunoco brand and their wallet.

If I could put zero stars I would, went in there to order tacos and customer service was the worst. Lady making the tortillas had a really poor attitude, and was talking negatively about my order when she was right in front of me. The guy taking the order had no idea what he was doing and was confusing my order. Employees are just a reflection of how management is. Couldn’t be more upset with my experience here, I love the breakfast tacos but never again am I visiting this location they definitely don’t reflect well.
