We had a really smooth and great experience here! We walked in with an idea of what we wanted but were a little unsure of a few things. Matt helped talk us through some different options and we left confident and comfortable with what we landed on. Matt was very knowledgeable and honest about what options he thought suited us and which ones didn’t. The prices are more affordable here, too, which I wasn’t quite expecting, tbh. We started at Costco and Lowe’s and wish we would have started our search here!

They seem to have the best pricing on Ge appliances, I compared to HD and Lowe’s and I probably saved about 10% or more. Plus they connected me to a great installer
They also work with me in finding the right item I need, 3 major purchase from them. Third time I am happy again

I recently visited this store Acceptance Appliance Center of GE in search of a refrigerator, and I was impressed with their selection of GE appliances. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to browse their products. I appreciated that each appliance had informative tags with details similar to what you'd find in a regular showroom. The staff provided excellent service, and the product displays were top-notch. Overall, a great experience!

My experience here was great. I never knew about them until a GE rep told me about this location. They have lots of appliances and Ryan was excellent with helping get what I needed. I certainly would recommend them to others and would return when I need other new appliances.

Staff always attentive when I come. They also text back immediately with all info I need. Purchase process was quick and smooth. I love my appliances so far!

Fast and friendly. No long automated phone menu system. Just a short one saying do you want to talk to the sales guy. He answered, told me what he had. Went up there to look at the stuff. He showed me exactly what he had, told me the price, answered my questions, didn't sales pitch me, and let me look it over. I said I'll take it. He rang me up and said I load it up for you. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. I have a lot of stuff to do in my day. I wish other companies would be this efficient!

I am big on customer service. I had been shopping around for a dryer. Other places did not want to answer any questions on the products UNTIL I went here. Cam was patient and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel pressured. Thank you again. I highly recommend checking with them for your appliances!

This purchase was absolutely amazing!! I contacted Acceptance Appliance about a microwave vent an hood combination then performed the transaction on secure website. It was delivered and installed the next day around noon! Danny and staff are awesome in the appliance business. It was very economical and the whole process was very simple & efficient.

Very helpful staff and able to arrange next day delivery of a GE Profile dryer. Cannot beat the prices all around. The previous day we looked at 6 different stores. Acceptance Appliance will be our first stop in the future.
