AT&T Store

The manager addressed us as soon as we walked through the door.. I myself was a corporate trainer and understand quick initial contact... she then evaluated my situation, and found out more information that I needed to know to complete my transaction that evening.. this truly personify customer service... thank you 😍

Ms. Katherine was very knowledgeable and very helpful and kind. I now have hope in AT&T customer service unlike the last couple of visits to this location. As long as Ms Katherine is there, I have someone I can truly recommend to help with communication services!

Great customer service! Seems like every time I come to this store their AC isn't working, but other than that I recommend this store to anyone!

If I could give 10 stars I would!!!! I went yesterday and David helped me. There was an issue with my phone so I came back today. I had to go to previous phone carrier to get a pin transfer to reset my phone . After I provided the pin my phone was still not working. So, Valencia and David took time to help see what was the issue . Idk how but they figured it out!! I’ve been to other providers and they lazy and normally send you back home but not here. They solved my issues and were so friendly ! Thank you guys for everything! I’m truly happy with the service provided.👍

Had a terrible experience at the 1960 location so I went to the Beltway and West location.

Valencia was the absolute best. Knowledgeable, nice, and a good listener. Had our best interest at heart. 10/10 coming back to this location only.

This is the best AT&T store!! Usually don’t have to wait. Staff are incredible!! Extremely helpful without pressure. Valencia is an awesome manager. Logan has helped me before. They are so professional and kind!! Thank you!!

I'd like to commend Leslee and Carl for helping me today. I was having a problem turning on 5G. It was a simple fix by installing a new Sim card. They explained things in a way that was easy to understand. They were personable yet professional. It was a positive experience for sure. Well done, guys. 👍👏🙂

Came in to ask about why my bill was so high for phone since the customer service agent on the phone could hardly help me. Logan and David were such a great help! they were kind and did a great job breaking down my bill.

Daisy helped me resolve a warranty issue that I could not get resolved. It took two times for her to get the warranty department to understand and make sure that I got my new phone. I was so impressed with her composure even though the warranty department did not make it easy. She spent over 2 hours helping me and I so appreciate it. Thank you so much Daisy you are the best

Valencia was so patient with me she helped me reset all of my passwords because I didn’t know any of them. I would recommend her and her staff to anyone.

I went into the store twice...once to talk about phone upgrade options, and the second time, to get help finishing the setup of my new phone. Both times I received great customer service from Miguel. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable and was able to get me up and running in no time. I would highly recommend this location and Miguel.

Worked with Charmaine who was friendly and help me switch cellular providers. She was very detailed in explaining all the options to me and even answered all my questions. She even got me set up with directv stream sports package which has been great to watch the NFL games! Would highly recommend going to see Charmaine and joining AT&T.

Aracely and team were absolutely amazing. I came in for exchange my U-Verse service and to set up installation for delivery for their new service, AT&T tv. The entire transaction went smoothly and very efficient. Aracely and her manager were so knowledgeable, friendly and reassuring. I was in and out within 45 minutes. I highly recommend this location. 👍🏾
