Great store with so much inventory. Very clean and organized. Love that you can walk through all the isles without having to move things outta the way. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Staff speaks Spanish also, which is really good. 🌟 🤩 ⭐

Went to this location and Chelsea was such a great help! She took her time to listen and was able to correct the problem easily with no problems. It took an extra step but she was more than willing to help! Kudos to her!!

Chelsea was such a great help! She was kind, professional, and willing to take the necessary extra steps to assist me with my return! That's what customer service is all about.. not to mention the manager Pam she was just as helpful and kind!!!

They need to get more stuff!!!! Esp shoes? Clothes for us people who wear a size.14 or larger.(still absolutely gorgeous, every one)

First time here and I was shocked..store was clean..wasn't crowded and they had some nice Charcuterie boards!!most definitely going back!

I went to the Ross in Harbison which had less people but they workers were snippy and kind of rude. Left there to come here that had double the amount of people but they nice and helpful

One thing for sure is that there's always something for someone in Ross. The prices are also affordable, I wish one was on my side of town. Purchased a dress recently for $10 and I must say, I got so much compliments and ppl didn't believe the price.

It's one of my favorite shop for buying partyware dresses, western tops and shoes. This shop is my first destination if i need to buy any dresses for parties. Partyware dresses are very, very cheap compared to other stores..

We love ross my granddaughter loves the clothes I buy her school clothes at Ross I give the a 100 percent rating

They need to work more on friendly customer services. They don't even make eye contact with you at the customer services registers.

This is my favorite local retail store. The prices can't be beat and there are always new items! I love the variety! Carmen is always very helpful and everyone working tonight was exceptionally polite! Never have a bad experience shopping here. Keep up the great work!😁

love this store. always stocked with the best items. prices are great. The only complaint are the long lines. Twenty people in line with two registers open with one of them for returns mainly.

I am absolutely in love with Ross! You almost have to drag me out like a toddler kicking and screaming. They have a huge variety and something for everyone! Perfect place for Christmas shopping! Especially when you leave with all your shopping done plus something for yourself and barely spent any money. Definitely get your money's worth. Let me add that the staff is very kind and helpful. Especially Camille which went out of her way to find something i was looking for. I know she had to be tired being it was 12:30am. Thanks Camille! All of you there are awesome!
