They didn't have it, but was so kind and helpful. During checkout, Xavier noticed I might need help with the mulch bags, and offered to assist! Best experience I've had at this store in a while..thanks for bringing back real customer service!!

Made a trip to Lowes for a new garbage disposal. I've never replaced one myself and wasn't sure what all I really needed. I asked an employee passing by for help. His name was CJ, and although it was not his department, he assured all my questions were answered and I had everything I needed before leaving. I continue to shop at this Lowes because of helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff like CJ!

IF you can find an associate, the new phones they have can help you locate anything that is in that store!! Fair prices. Clean and organized. What gets me is they have ONLY self checkout, but they have three associates standing around to help you self checkout!!! What sense does THAT make??

Vin was so helpful in the carpet area. His knowledge was really appropriate for what we were looking to do, and further suggested to my husband to build an inground pool. I will never forget today, it may have just registered with my husband on our anniversary to do just that. Lowe’s has stepped up where Home Depot has fallen off. This location has that big hardware store feel but maintains friendly & helpful staff. Can’t complain about that!

They had what I was looking for; a high arc bathroom faucet for my RV. I would also say for the past 3 months associates are asking customers if they need any help. That's new because their competitor was the only one that cared about Customer Service. I also appreciate the 5% discount because I use my Lowe's Card.
