Lady's inside working were very nice. I used self check out, forgot my phone, and the cashier had it safe for when I returned to get it! Much love !

Store was clean for the most part. A little unorganized but they were in the process of moving Halloween and Fall around for Christmas. Check out was simple and associate was nice. Overall a good experience.

I'm a super crafter so naturally I adore Michael’s. They've got so many cool things and almost everything you can imagine for crafts. They always have great markdown specials or out of season goodies. The employees are nice but don't really know much about what they sell. Still it's a great place to shop for arts and crafts and I love it!!!

I went looking for something that the sales person told me wouldn't work on the surface I was painting. She was not only right about this but the item was cheaper and easier to use than what I went for. I believe her name was Judy. She was so friendly and in spite of the fact that she was busy stocking, she took the time to instruct me and I appreciate her AND Michael's so very much.

Love this Michael's. Everyone's very nice there. I recommend joining the club and getting the rewards. Usually have what I need.

Hands down the best craft store besides hobby lobby, I go to Michaels way more though. I especially love going there during Halloween and Christmas. And the staff is always friendly. 10/10 recommend.

Great store. Couldn't find what I wanted, but clerk knew and took me right to item. Told me about special on item and then explained about military discount I would have on top of store special. Clerk that rang up my order was great. Had very pleasant personality and made trip to establishment an awesome experience.

Had a fantastic experience today at this particular location. Peggyjo went out of her way to make sure my kids got an activity kit to make a water bottle holder. Super friendly employers really make the place amazing!

Although a small store they carry a good variety of crafting supplies. I was making T-shirt’s and the heat transfer vinyl was available and reasonably priced. I needed assistance and an associate was readily available. I am a Military Spouse and receive a discount. That is a great program. But they do need to advertise this. I will shop there again.

Great art store. Amazing variety of crafts and utensils, storage and wood crafting, yarn and jewelry making. Although it is a bit narrow in space inside. Therefore not very kid friendly. Various breakable items so i would not recommend for someone to bring small children.

Good prices, friendly staff that is knowledgeable and helpful.

And they run great sales and clearance!
