Diyana did a fantastic job making one of the best sub sandwiches I’ve had in years! She was friendly and very courteous, and knew what she was doing!! Would definitely recommend this deli and store!

Visited during a heavy downpour so the store was almost empty for a Sunday afternoon. There were great seasonal offerings of fall decor, sunflowers, and seasonal flavored food items. The deli makes a great sub sandwich, and the produce was fresh and beautifully displayed. All of the store staff were friendly and had a smile to share. Would shop here anytime, 5 out of 5.

This is a nice Harris Teeter location. I now live about 10 minutes away from this location, and prefer going here over the location off of US-70 (which, although larger, is always horribly crowded). There's a great selection of everything here!

Great place to shop, friendly knowledgeable staff

This is a fairly new HT that is truly undervisited by me. It is one of my favorites to shop at. I told my wife that I would drive to this HT over the one 2 miles down the road because it is a pleasure to shop there. Check it out!

My first time at this location and I like it. The staff is nice and make you feel like family. Ms. Andrea was amazing.

My Favorite HT In The Triangle! Convenient location...if you live in the area you know why. Plenty of parking, and Friendly Service!

Had to do a quick run to the grocery store. I've always liked how Harris Teeter, in general, layout their stores. It seems quite logical to me. It is also fairly consistent from one store to another. That's why when I picked up my items, it only took me 15 minutes in total in store. I do miss the sample trays, but quite understandable that they don't have it during a pandemic. Hopefully, it'll come back soon.

We love this Harris Teeter. It's spacious and never over crowded like the one we previously went to. It's well stocked and I always have pleasant if not exceeding expectations customer service experiences.

We have had especially exceptional service experiences with the sweet gal in the floral department and the woman who decorates in the bakery. Every cake and cupcake order we have made has exceeded my expectations both in taste and visual outcome. Glad to have this HT nearby.

Also, really great experinces with the online ordering and grocery pickup!

I wanted to send a thank you to Maria, our cashier this morning. She went out of her way to help us and was super friendly. It is nice to have people smiling (even though she was wearing a mask, you could tell she was smiling) and helping each other. Especially these days! Thanks, we like this store a lot!

I had the most wonderful experience when I visited this Harris teeter on February 18, 2019 around 3pm. As I walked through the store, I had several HT employees approach me and ask if I needed help when I was looking for an item. When I did need direction, they were very knowledgeable about the products and locations. I don’t normally go out of my way to write a review, but I was really blown away by the attention to me as a customer and the positive attitude of the employees. It seems like a great place to work. Keep doing what you’re doing- customers notice!

This Harris Teeter location is great! It's always clean and well stocked, I can count on them even when stocking up for a winter storm or before a holiday to have everything I need.

I haven't had an unpleasant service with a single staff member, in fact most go way out of their way to deliver a customer service experience that can't be matched by any other HT location I've been to. Andrew in the deli department is an exceptional employee, he quickly acknowledges every customer that approaches the counter even when they are slammed busy. Even in the "down-time" he stays busy. If he were given a raise and more responsibilities, he would excel from what I've seen.

In fact, every employee would likely excel, I see the cashiers multitasking the self checkout from their own line with ease when staff is short. I have literally never seen someone killing time. Everyone says hello and offers to help when you pass them. It's top-notch customer service.

Whoever is training these employees is doing a great job, this store has a great culture, and is staffed with just plain, old fashioned, friendly people. It is nice that the store isn't as busy as some other locations, but that will soon change I'm sure. This is my go-to Harris Teeter location, and I appreciate the great job everyone is doing.

My only gripe is they don't carry 40 oz bottles or single servings of beer. I guess they're too classy, but that's a good thing I suppose. I'll see y'all every week from now on.

Best Harris Teeter store ever!! The customer service is top-knotch!! The management is terrific!! Online shopping is phenomenal!! I wish I had time to name every employee because they all are wonderful!! Clean store, well stocked, polite people and fast checkout. Personable, proficient & professional!!! A joy to shop here!!!

Always happy to come to our closest one. I have gone to others, & can never find anything & too crowded. I am very happy at this one, most items are usually in stock, employees are nice, the kids like the variety of carts, & ofcourse if they have been good, a sugar cookie on the way out.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this Harris Teeter. The food is well stocked and the employees are more than helpful for any questions you may have. In fact, today, one of my bags got lost in the mix. I got home and called assuming I'd have to drive back and pick it up. Kelli, the store manager, insisted that they would drive to my house and personally deliver my lost bag of groceries. I was amazed at the level of customer service.

I only waited 30 minutes before they showed up. I also received a $5 gift card for my troubles. I can't give enough praise for the kindness and appreciation this store location obviously has for their customers. I would recommend this location to anyone in the area looking for high-quality, well-stocked groceries -- and friendly staff.

Very clean grocery store and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. They have a few employees with special needs which is just fantastic considering we have a son with autism. Will definitely go back.

Always great selection of products, frequent Great sales (just got some rib roast for $7.99lb). Staff are helpful and friendly.

It's always clean, well stocked, and the people are friendly. I can find more diet restricted foods such as nondairy sour cream.
