I mistakenly gave the young lady two twenties and a $10 bill today (8/16/22) when the price was only 20+ bucks and she gave me the extra 20 back even though she could have got me (I had no idea, the twenties were stuck together)-- I genuinelyappreciate the honesty, very rare these days. 👍
God bless her, and thank you.
Give this girl a raise or make her manager!

Jenny is the best employee in Fayetteville. I had a problem with my car today and she was extremely helpful (allowed me to use her phone)while also taking care of her customers. A lot of them were regulars and also loved her. I cant say enough about today’s experience!

Typical fuel station. Only received 3 stars due to the fact the pumps are SUPER slow.

The building is okay, but the gas pumps are slow, and the gas will not last you very long

These people who get these management jobs really have attitude problems. I saw the manager talk disrespectful to a guy that was working outside I would have quit. Where do you find these people. No one wants a bad day at work and these kind of people make employee moral just terrible.

Visited this location only because it is on my way home. Stopped in to purchase lottery. The cashier asked me if I knew how much my slip was, I told her yes, it's $3. I'm standing there with my money in hand and she ask if she could hold my money. I asked for what. She says it's the store policy. I have managed convenience store for years, never in my time have we asked a customer for money before making a purchase. If it's a problem with your lottery, I assure you it's not the customers. Most lottery tickets can be cancelled within a few minutes of printing them. If you have a problem with money not matching your audit, check your employees. I've had customers not have enough money for the tickets, so I would place the tickets so other customers can see them and 100 % of the time, another customer would purchase the extra tickets, if they cannot be cancelled. This company has always been terrible. I never stop at any Circle K's because they have one cashier late at night and it's usually a female. They don't close for anything. I have seen inches of snow fall and they expect their employees to be there instead of safe at home. I told the cashier it was not her fault, that this would be my last time stopping at any Circle K. I know people need jobs. Don't let a job that cares nothing about you kill you while they sit on millions. That job can be replaced, your life can't.

This is the store that I visit regularly and normally I have excellent service. But today I got the worst service ever. Amber, the Lead CSR, was so rude and disrespectful for no reason. I walk up to the register and asked for my product. She replies after I get her which was a lady who arrived at the register after me. The lady said go ahead because she knew she was there after me. So I asked for my product again. Amber replied loudly with a nasty attitude, I"not playing, after I get her especially with my attitude." I didn't have a bad attitude. I was actually having a great day until this happened. When I go into anyone's establishment and spending my hard earned money, I expect to be treated with respect and not embarrassed.
