NAPA Auto Parts

Stopped by this location this morning looking for a high beam bulb for my car. No where else seems to have it. Josh came out to check to make sure they sold me what I needed and offered to install it for me. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Will definitely be going here in the future!

Dean was so helpful and accommodating! I know very little about cars so I’m always a bit hesitant in these situations, but he made the entire process so simple and even installed my new battery for me!

Stooped in today for some suggestions for my 81 El Camino A.C. and Dean and the crew was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was a happy camper.

All the guys were like the old days were the parts stores had help that knew what they were doing. So great

I was picking up an online order, but the minute I walked in, the clerks were all smiling, asking what they could do for me. Very nice!! I was in and out within 4 minutes! Only bad thing I can say is, the parking lot should be bigger, somehow. Other than that, I definitely will go back for some more "NAPA Know How!"

Had trouble putting wiper blades I had bought on. Not one, but two associates didn't hesitate to step out in the cold & rain to help me out then on. There are good people here.

I initially brought my car in to plug it into a computer to run some diagnostics. The guy that helped me was super knowledgeable, and gave me direction as to what possible outcomes it could be. I went back for the parts and Ed helped me with some minor details of the repair parts that were beyond normal customer service acts. Will shop here again. Thanks.

I needed my headlight bulb replaced. Not only did they install it for me, Charlie took the time to explain and show me how to do it. He also checked my working bulb and advised me to keep an eye on it because it was beginning to get dim. I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful they were! I will definitely be using them as my source for auto needs in the future.

Had a part that was hard to find... found it here and was blessed with a discount so we didn't have to continue to drive all over town. Great work guys!

Patience, is the one word that I would use to describe the employees at this location. Primarily, I have dealt with Dean, Evon and Jack
( I hope I have those spelled correctly). I do know that the approach to customer service is set by Dean and Evon. To make a long story short, my son has a 06 Dodge Dakota that he absolutely loves. Dean has been outstanding. I really can't describe the service and help he has provided and how much we both appreciate what he has done for him over the past 2 years.

I have a NAPA within walking distance of my home if needed. I will continue to drive 30mins to this store. Great people.

Its been a year or more since I wrote this,
I still drive 30mins for parts and supplies, the customer service has NOT changed. A rare thing anymore.

Well worth driving across town and passing all the other stores like Oreilly, Advance, etc. Excellent name brand parts at around the same price as all the no name stuff elsewhere. Fix your problem right the first time. Many parts here you cant get elsewhere unless you special order or order online. Knowledgeable staff that actually care to get you exactly what you need. Everything you want in a parts store!

I had the best experience with this store! My car battery died on the side of the road during a cross country road trip. Roadside assistance got me to NAPA quickly and everyone was very helpful and kind!!

Great parts, great price, great service behind the counter. In particular by Eric and the day time crew. I will be back for my auto needs. Especially, hard core auto parts. No fluff stuff. If you need deodorizers, carpet fresh, and scented oil's, go where you go. If you need internal engine, transmission, brakes, etc. Give these guy's a try.

Most awesome service from any part store I've ever been to. Everybody is so friendly and amazingly helpful. The best parts you can buy from any company :)

Good size store, clean and well organized. Evon very helpful and willing to look a little deeper to find a part.

Great service. Bought a windshield repair kit for reasonable price, but it was damaged. They exchanged it, no questions asked and in and out in a couple minutes!

Always very helpful. They had exactly what I was looking for. Very competitive prices also.

Best napa in town, its attached to the warehouse so you're almost guaranteed to get what you need here. Guy who manages this store is a top notch guy!
