I got stuck in a really bad situation and was 3hrs from home. Viv picked up the store phone and didn't even hesitate to start helping. She was so sweet and had such a great personality. She stayed on the phone with me for over 25 minutes until I reached the store. Thank you so much sweet heartland remember Nikkib lives ya! From Monroe NC to Lenoir!

So I am making a comment to respond to Greg’s post. I am the mother of trinity and actually was at the store.
My daughter is a 16 year old girl that just started. They came in for a sims card. Yes when she did it it add a new line. She tried to fix the issue, and we both tried explain what happened. Instead of him been a calm citizen he goes off accusing my daughter of given him a fake receipt and stealing from him. The refund was already in process before police got there he just didn’t want to hear anything. So when the police came, he started again been disrespectful as I’m explaining it to police. Yelling out she just a mama. Which I am, but I knew what was going on.
He was 100% rude. Mistakes happens, but she was trying to correct it.
And yes thanks lenoir police department cause like they told us, you will always have rude, disrespectful, people in this world that have no character!!!

This location has the most blunt and honest sales team around! They will tell you absolutely everything even if it is slightly against boost because they want you to be 100% informed on what’s going on and how much it’s going to cost. They sell phones they do not repair them but if your having any software issues the manager is the best one to go to for that. She has 5 + years of experience with this company so she knows her way around a smart phone! She will even go as far as to try and move all your stuff over to the new device . This location goes above and beyond for its customers regardless of the issue they seem to always try their best! If for any reason they can not solve the issue they at-least give you contact information and steps on how to fix it So your not leaving the store completely empty handed

I was recently in your store paying my phone bill. I have been out of work due to Covid. My back account was fraudulently accessed so I needed help. I didn’t have any luck with the guy on line. So I went to the Boost store in Lenoir and was met by Patience, your employee. She gave me an option to pay two phones and drop one line till I can pay it next week. She was very helpful as she was dealing with other customers. She saved me from switching service. I am happy with Boost and would have been mad if I left. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

Had a good experience with Patience who helped me walk through the store until I found what was right for me. I walked out of the store finding my new phone and new cell provider.
