The UPS Store

So far, so good! This location is incredibly convenient for us since we live in Seven Hills and previously had to drive 20 minutes (not bad in the grand scheme of things) to get to the old UPS store we used. Staff is friendly enough. Typically, the issues I may have with UPS have very little to do with the local store and more to do with a delayed package which the store has no control over.

Omg I love love the customer service here, Telly and Lisa were just so AMAZING!!!! I went in very confused as I needed to get my I-9 form reverified and they were able to help me in a very timely fashion. These two associates gave me that old school good old service with a smile. I will definitely be a customer going forward.

I am so happy that someone finally opened a UPS store near our subdivision. The owner- Telly, is AWESOME! He is always so helpful, pleasant and just great to talk to!! His wife and and another woman working there are also wicked helpful and VERY nice! ( I apologize, I wasn't introduced to know their names).
It's so great to pop in, get amazing,friendly service and be on your way in like 2 minutes! Unless of course you always want to hang and talk to Telly!!

I stopped by around 5:30 after work on a Tuesday to return an Amazon package. One of the employees held the door open for me and served me at the counter. I was in and out in less than 30 seconds - can’t beat that!

I had such a great experience! Iris greeted us quickly and cheerfully helped meet our needs! Today was just Amazon returns, but I am looking forward to using more of their services!
