CVS

They have a big store and amazing customer service and get my prescriptions filled faster than expected!

This is an excellent store and pharmacy! Everyone is so nice and works so hard. Love this CVS.

I have used this pharmacy for over 10 years and have never had an issue. I am also in customer service and I realize that the pharmacy techs are super busy individuals who have a lot to do. I don't go to them to chat. They have always been helpful. I wish I remembered his name, but there is gentleman that works up front at the register that is so kind, friendly and helpful. This store is close to my home and is great place to stop whenever I need something quickly.

I made an appointment for a drive thru COVID test on Wednesday 10/7/2020 late at night. Got there to the testing site on 10/9 and was greeted by the sweetest gal ever. Something I didn’t know was that I had to self administer the test on myself which wasn’t a big deal. She was so kind and helped explain everything to me and helped me though the entire thing. Very pleasant experience 10/10 would go back here! I already love CVS to begin with.

Just a CVS like any other CVS. Same products and services. So, the only thing to rate is the quality of the employees.

I encountered one employee, and he was friendly and helpful and talking kindly to me and other customers who approached the counter. This is *not* common these days in this collapsing culture, so it stands out. (I was there on Saturday, Nov. 6, around 10:00 a.m.) Give this employee a raise.

I had questions about the cost of my most expensive prescription and the change to a generic. The pharmacist and the assistant were VERY helpful and spent a lot of time to explain things and bring the matter to a good conclusion. I have always been happy with CVS will continue to use them.

Never had a problem with customer service. As far as competency and speedy help/checkouts, these individuals are perfectly fine. Those that say otherwise have never worked in the service industry and have no respect to the composure it takes. I've never felt unwanted or mistreated here and I'm a frequent flyer.

Really nice staff. I'm new to the whole having insurance so i wasnt sure about certain things. I called them and they were happily to inform me about how co pay works to made sure that i was paying the right price for my items. Matt the Shift manager there was amazing! Great customer Service and made sure i had everything needed. Very nice people there!!! Love it!

My husband & I went this CVS and got our Covid booster shots. They are very friendly and efficient. They are very busy, but took care of us quickly.

To the guy complaining about prices, welcome to the new millennium, every store has those damned "membership" cards to get their sales not just cvs.

The pharmacy staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Employees gave me an eerie feeling, sorta like I could feel that they didn't want me to be their.
I felt completely unwelcome. They also did not on her what their website says about their return policy. I gave 2 stars because I like the lay out of the store & all the shelves are very well stocked. Any other time I love to look around & shop especially when they have all the seasonal stuff out which I did not get to do this evening due to the fact that I didn't accomplish what I came there to do and the overwhelming feeling of wanting to get my son and I out of there ASAP.
I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS CVS LOCATION.

That review was some years ago I have since returned to the store only about three times but My experiences were much different this time.
The staff was helpful without being pushy or rude the shelves are still well stocked, I like the layout of the store I really wish that more stores were 24 hours or open late night.

I needed meds that were hard to find at other pharmacies. Super helpful transferring my prescription and filling it quickly. Store was very clean with little to no clutter.
