I have been shopping with Howard Brothers for probably 40 some years. Great place great people. I have seldom not found what I was looking for there. The Howard family and all their workers are a great team.

Great customer service always will to help the customer every time I go in. If they don't carry the item you're looking for Cary will 99%of the time know where you can find it or get the item in stock for you

Great place to get a key cut. Needed a key cut for my semi truck and dealer part store couldn't do it. But this store save me so much time and headache and I really appreciate that 🙂

Well organized store. "They're not as eager to help you find what you need as some other hardware stores." I wrote this about a year ago, and I don't feel the same way anymore. I kind of feel like there is vibe similar to a small town with this store, and we just had to get to know each other. I'm always well taken care of there.

Very professional helpful I needed a small paint brush and the young man was going to show me and I ask if he could get one for no problem I was getting keys made

I had to take my Xmark 48 Zero turn in to have work done on it. It is still under warranty, so I didn't have to pay. I even got it back in a short amount of time, which was impressive. I wanted to let the public know what a great group of guys work there. Daniel and David went above and beyond to help me. I'm not trying to take glory from the rest of the guys, but I wanted a special shout out to Daniel and David.

The Staff was quick to help they know there job. Friendly. Mostly the small stores have parts. Fittings tools. Hardware that Lowe's or home depot would never have.

I don't know if your Dad is like mine, but if he could, my Dad would turn his house into this store. unfortunately for him, my Mum exists. This store is a GEM, in an ocean of sewage. My Dad would lv how they have arranged all the zillion kinds of screws and nuts and bolts and washers and God-knows-wat in little plastic drawers with little hand written labels and row after row of things that a millennial would not hv the first clue about. This store is probably the last of it's kind. I hope it never changes.

I'm not sure why Howard Bros would have bad reviews - if you know what a good hardware store is, and you take landscaping seriously (or commercially) there isn't a better small engine store you'll find in the ATL area. I just wish they had a location closer to civilization (Decatur).

You can always find what you need in this place. They have great equipment and the guys working here know their stuff.

Friendly helpful staff always has hard to find hardware, I just wish that they were open on the weekends.
