I purchased an engine for a 2006 Ford Ranger in July 2023 and this motor is sweet! I am so satisfied. The manager, Janae, is simply THE BEST! Ask for her help if you go there...great service!

I do not leave reviews as a rule, but I simply had to for this one. The manger was beyond understanding and helpful when we had to repair a brake line leak in the parking lot. We’re driving a school bus conversation and they were the only folks in the Baton Rouge area willing to lend a hand. Real genuine people here.

Everyone was so helpful and kind. We were stranded with car trouble on our way to Florida on a Sunday, and every employee did what they could to help us. They even gave me the number for a local mechanic so he could come by and help out. They literally saved me hundreds of dollars and hours/days of frustration that would have ruined our road trip.

Everyone working this morning was very friendly and had the best customer service. Out of all the auto parts I called this morning, they were the only ones to offer friendly help when we were stranded.

I needed a screw extractor at 6pm on a Sunday. I called ahead of time to make sure they had what I needed. Once I got there, the guy who answered my call sought me out and helped me get what I needed. He was super chill and let me count out my $0.60 in change from the bottomless pit in my purse, majority of it in pennies. I did request my receipt to be emailed to me but when I looked it wasn't there. I need to return what I purchased and will have to call in the morning bc no one answered when I called, although I called 5min before they (should've been) closed.

Lots of help, ready to assist you. It was a pleasant change compared to the many other AutoZones I've visited in the past. Another unexpected but pleasant surprise was the cleanliness of the store, will continue to be a regular patron here.

The BEST auto place I been to!!! AMAZING SERVICE! Came in & help me right away. Showed me where the item I need. The manager there is nice & friendly, he offered to help without me having to even ask.

They had what I wanted, but the person I was talking to wasn't very nice.i meant the other auto zone in plaquemine. This one is great and everyone that works here is friendly they helped me in my car situation which is great.

This store and it's employees definitely go the extra distance to help me w/ my auto needs, during these extreme financial circumstances getting the right part/answer is invaluable.

They told us it was ok to do mechanic Infront of the store, the guy was cool enough to help us out and even let us borrow some tools to help us get the job done. Great staff
