Just walked in to get my wife some medicine, as she’s not feeling well. One employee behind the register doing nothing, the other employee sweeping the floor. The employee sweeping the floor tells me that I have to leave, because they’re going to do a shift change. Aren’t you open 24hours? I was already in there on an isle about to pick up the item I needed for my wife. Is it necessary for your staff to CONSTANTLY be rude to your customers? I should have gotten their names, but I was in at approximately 11:00 Saturday September 16th. Why do I and so many others always have a problem when going to this gas station? Management really needs to tighten up. Whoever you are, you are horrible at your job!

I don't know how they hire their employees. But I had a very horrible experience with one of their employee. SHe is very rude, very disrespectful. She said in front of other custumer. im just asking if you have a spoon for my oatmeal I bought in this store. You don't talk to the customers like that. Very disrespectful. I don't even know if they get trained how to provide proper customer service. And to that staff, if you are annoyed with you job, QUIT!!!! A lot of people are willing to work!!!!! That kind of attitude and that can of employee is a liability to a business.

If I could leave negative stars I would. On January 24, 2020 at 7:30 am. The cashier was extremely rude and screamed at me in front of customers for her errors. Then gentleman also who was working with the cashier refused to credit back my card but gave me cash for her error. Then kept my product and said I took it with me. The cashier then accused me of throwing it at her. This was all done in front of customers.
I see after a review it says we will let managemnt know???? I see all bad reviews for this location...why isnt anything being done about this? I am going to call the corporate office. I refuse to go through this embarassment ever again. I do not think customers should be treated and ridiculed this way.

Who ever heard of a company selling hotdogs without the bun??? The hotdogs looked as if they had been on since earlier this morning I went by around 5:30 pm ridiculous circle K needs to step up Fresh Food Fast this food was not FRESH

I went in to purchase a polar pop, coffee, gas, and a scratch off lottery ticket. I got my pop, and made my way to the cappuccino/coffee machine. Being a fan of pumpkin spice flavored things around this time of year, I grabbed a small coffee cup and put a small amount of the cappuccino in it to taste it and make sure I liked it before I made and paid for a full xlarge cup of something i wasn't going to enjoy. The cappuccino was wayyyyy over powered by the pumpkin spice flavor and it wasnt good so I dumped what was left of it and proceeded to grab a large cup and start to make what I was comfortable with. A regular coffee. The woman behind the counter started screaming at me about wasting product, and how I didn't have the right to come in and "taste test" their coffee. That other people have paid for it and no one else has complained. She walked from behind the counter and went outside with a line full of people waiting, to get my license plate number and told me that if I returned she was going to call the police on me. It was pretty fkng embarrassing, as a grown woman, to be screamed at in front of a store full of people and be told that I wasnt able to taste the coffee I was about to pay for with my hard earned money.

Horrible customer service came with a dollar bill to exchange for quarters to put air in a flat tire but refused to do so.

Multiple employees with attitudes, not the way to treat customer's.

Circle k on Lee and monument is better
