Sara showed us a variety of rings and helped me narrow it down to the one we purchased. She took her time with us. She assured me my diamond would look great in the setting I picked. She was so right! I absolutely love my ring! It’s for our 25th wedding anniversary. She made the entire process pleasant. I’m so thankful we had her for our Sales Consultant. I will be recommending her my family and friends.

I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend them. Mais was my salesperson when purchasing an engagement ring for my partner. She listened to what I was looking for, helped me understand the different Diamond cuts and overall was very knowledgeable, professional and NICE. No pressure or up charging. She kept in touch with me by texts monthly to keep me updated on payments. Today I picked up the ring and it's spectacular!
Mary was the sales clerk upon pick up. She explained all the paperwork to me and even cleaned the necklace I was wearing.

We drove from Hernando County and we were not disappointed with our shopping experience. Mais was our customer service person. She hit the perfect note between being helpful and letting us explore the retail space on our own. The inventory is stunning and incredibly diverse! It compared to a Van Cleef and Arpels exhibit I saw in Kyoto, Japan, a few years ago. Stunning! I am delighted with the two pendants I selected. I was genuinely speechless with the available selections. I saw pink opals for the first time in my life. Savored every moment. This was a terrific experience.

Today, it was my first time going and we found our wedding bands with the help of Mais T!
I honestly thought it would take us more than an hour to choose our bands but Mais made the process SO quick and easy and I cannot wait to wear our matching bands! I think it took us maybe about 20 minutes from walking in to walking out with our bands!

She gave honest advice, did not try to upsell whatsoever, and genuinely helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She is so kind, incredibly helpful, caring, and knows jewelry! 💍

for several years, I have shopped at the Gold & diamond source, but I cannot remember a time that I did not walk in the door unannounced and was not helped and every way by at least 1 of the 2 best sisters in the gold & diamond industry.

Hala was incredible as my wife and I sought a perfect upgrade for our wedding band. Hala was very knowledgeable about the different diamonds and settings available for our choice. I went to Gold & Diamond Source for an engagement ring upgrade. Olivia was kind enough to connect with me and set up appts. To have time to sit and browse their inventory. She was prepared with having the diamonds ready prior to meeting her based on my interest and budget. I didn’t feel pressured to buy something I didn’t love. She’s very friendly and well knowledgeable in her field. I look forward in working with her for any more upgrades or future pieces.

I had some loose diamonds from family heirlooms. I took them to GDS to see if they could combine them all in one piece. Darrell their designer made an incredible design. It truly is a one of a kind piece. He was so fun to work with and patient with me, even when I changed my mind 8 times on the gold color and had tons of questions. It was a great experience.

My soon to be husband and I bought the most amazing engagement and wedding band from Darrell at Gold and Diamond Source. I have been wanting to visit this store for years and I am so glad we did! Not only did we find the perfect set but they were able to size it, set it and I was able to wear it home!! Ed and I are so very thankful and look forward to finding the perfect wedding band for him too!!! The box of chocolates was a thank you from them to us! YUMMY!!

We had some old jewelry that we wanted to trade in and look at wedding bands. The service was AMAZING!!!, our sales consultant Elise was AWESOME!! She was able to help us find the best wedding rings. ( we have been married 28 years and this was the first time getting our own) Elise was kind, compassionate and caring towards our needs!! Today was my second visit to the Gold & Diamond Source. What a wonderful experience! Sara assisted me today. I needed to have my ring repaired, cleaning of a gold item that had black spots, and I needed to purchase a couple of items. She was friendly, warm, and patient. The Gold and Diamond Source has once again surpassed my expectations. I met Kathleen several weeks ago and told her I was looking for a pink and diamond sapphire anniversary band for my 25th wedding anniversary. She showed me several rings, but one in particular caught my eye. Only problem was it had emeralds in it. Kathleen assured me that she would work on finding me the perfect pink ring. She communicated with me all through the process and sent a message asking me to come into the store with my husband to look at some rings she had brought in. We came into the store and Sara who was filling in for Kathleen pulled out a beautiful bag and said "your husband has a gift for you". I was a bit confused as I was expecting her to show us some different style rings. I opened the perfectly wrapped gift box to find the gorgeous ring I first saw there only in pink sapphires!! My husband and Kathleen had been working for about a month to surprise me. I was shocked. To say Kathleen went above and beyond to make my vision a reality is putting it mildly. I can't thank you enough Kathleen. This store and all it's employees are the definition of class and customer service! I am a customer for life !!

She explain everything about the diamonds 💎 and showed me a lot of different options until we found the perfect one. My fiancé loved it! Thank you Hala for making this process very easy for me. He helped me design a beautiful wedding band with my grandma’s diamonds in the past and now helped me upgrade my sapphire engagement ring that I originally bought from an online store to something so incredible and unique. I wasn’t happy with my online purchase from another company and he was able to use my original engagement band with a new sapphire. This meant so much as it was sentimental and he even was able to put my original sapphire in a pendant for a necklace. His communication skills are above and beyond and he truly cares about his work!
