Peter is incredible! He always goes up and beyond to help me with all my shipping needs. He always more than happy to answer any questions. I literally pass another ups store on the way just to see use his location!

Stellar customer service!!! We ordered some online prints and when we went to pick it up their system was down. So Peter had us email it so he could print it off and then he personally drove 15 minutes to deliver it us. Thank you Peter

Great customer services! I go specifically to that location because I know that my packages in right hands and if I have questions and will need help I will receive it!

Had to call in get a poster printed the other day. Don't even know the name of the guy who helped me out, but he was extremely nice and helpful. Always refreshing for me to see people who try to be as kind to people as possible, and don't seem to visibly resent their job. Expensive to get posters printed but obviously not the employees fault. Will definitely go back here if I need to get another printed in the future.

As I waited to send my box, I saw how Peter helped a couple that did not speak English. To the best of his abilities he assisted them through every step and was very patient with them to make sure their package was being sent to the right direction. I went here 30 minutes before closing time, and boxes were being loaded to the trucks for shipment that same night, there was a lot going on but he patiently waited for the information I needed to give him. Peter is the definition of excellent customer service!

The lines are usually very short and they're quick with service. If you've prepaid a ton of packages I've seen people just drop them off and they don't even have to stand around to wait for them all to be rung up (unless you need a receipt). Parking is limited and the location is central but a little inconvenient. Overall a great place, this is where I come when I ship with UPS.

I was staying in Virginia weeks. I requested that My prescription glasses were sent to this store from my home location so I could receive them faster while I was staying in the area of Harrisonburg.
Long story short- I had to leave Virginia without my glasses because I was an unable to get to this UPS location before I needed to leave. After speaking with the company my glasses were purchased from, and UPS customer support, I called this store directly and left a message. Mr Brown (who must own this location franchise) called me back within 5 minutes. There was nothing but smooth sailing from that point. He explained everything within depth, and the quickest least expensive option for getting them to me. He explained every fee that I would be charged thoroughly. To be honest I don't think my family doctor explains things better than Mr Brown did. Great customer service!!! I don't think I've experienced customer service like the one the store provided in years.

I run a vintage clothing company and as such, I purchase and have things shipped from estates all over the country. I work quite often with UPS stores and am almost always irritated by my experience. This store - and the man who runs it - are exceptions to that rule. Peter was totally professional, clear and responsive from start to finish. I knew what was happening and what to expect at every step of the way, and received my goodies on time and packed thoughtfully. I'd work with him a hundred times over if given the opportunity.

Peter helped shipped me an item from this location with me being Spokane Washington. His team made it easy and simple for both the seller and I.

Peter and his team have helped us remedy some challenges that enables our small business to operate more effectively. Superb customer service, knowledgeable and they always provide you with all the options. We would give them 100 stars if we could!

The owner generously spent his time trying to help me an reuse old packing box that was too small for the merchandise, but would have saved me the expense of buying one of his own boxes! In several visits to his store, he has been consistently pleasant and courteous. This type of service gives Harrisonburg the title of “The Friendly City!”

Peter shipped a $1200 chair manufactured by Suters to my home in Tennessee. He picked up the chair, did an amazing packing job and shipped it. His price was considerably less than any other shipper would have charged. Finally, Peter called to tell me the chair was on its way.

Job well done. I would trust Peter with my most valuable shipping job.

Peter, the store owner, is one of the most standup businessmen I have ever met. After just two visits, he remembered my face and welcomed my presence. Every time, he took the time to outline the different options I had. One time, he even went as far as to follow up with me via email with a confirmation after I had to leave the store in a rush. I would go here over any other store or service every time, if I could!

5 Stars - They arranged for pickup of several auction items and brought to their store, sorted, packed and shipped with my instructions to the letter. They went above and beyond any UPS store that I have experienced. Everything arrived in perfect condition and the packaging with 1st class. Highly recommend.

They were so helpful in helping me track down my package that had a few wires crossed today. They were super friendly, more than accommodating, and willing to stay open five extra minutes just so I could retrieve my belongings. Excellent customer service.

I wish i could give way more than 5 stars, Peter was extremely helpful and friendly. We had to ship a banner urgently to boston and Peter found an answer to each of our problems . Peter is the kind of person that you want to see in every store you go to.

Peter from this store went above and beyond the call of duty in assisting me. I delayed a package to pick it up at, what I assumed to be this store, but it turned out that it delayed at a warehouse in Fisherville VA. Peter Brown worked with me over the phone to get it arranged to come to this store. Also due to the weather the package was delayed in Fisherville an additional day. The other representative there told me that Peter drove to Fisherville to get my package and brought it to Harrisonburg. I am greatful for his phenomenal customer service....Thanks Peter Brown!!!!

They packed up and shipped many breakable family pieces of China and crystal. Each piece was placed inside a plastic bag, wrapped in bubble wrap and placed inside its own special made box. From VA to CO I received each piece in PERFECT condition. Many thanks!!
