American Eagle , Aerie Store

I had a very good experience at the store today. I returned an item only available online, which was too big. A very nice lady (manager) had someone go in the stockroom and was able to find a returned item in a smaller size. It fits great! The young man who checked me out was also very pleasant and accommodating. I will definitely shop there again.

I just had a wonderful experience at this store. My fiancé and I were browsing for some jeans and ended up leaving happily with bags of merchandise. The staff here assisted us, recommended additional styles and were not pushy at all. They communicated our needs with other associates who assisted us as they helped others. Great customer service, kind people and we will return soon!

Every associate I talked to was super nice and helpful. I saw online that something I wanted to buy was cheaper online than in-store. The store was able to price match for me and set aside the item I wanted when I called on the phone. My cashier helped update my Rewards account for me as well. It turns out I accidently left my glasses at the store, and when I went the next day, they had them there for me to pickup. I felt so relieved that they held onto my glasses because they are an expensive thing to replace. I am super appreciative of this store and I admire how they take COVID practices very seriously. Thanks for a great experience

The staff is great. The employee that helped me gave me the best customer service I’ve ever had! She made me feel comfortable and she was patiently helping me the whole time I was there. I forgot to get her name, but I would definitely go back again.

I seem to be the minority here, but my experience at this location was unparalleled. I had ordered a ton of clothes online and needed to return some and exchange others for different sizes. I called the store to make sure I could take care of it all in person, and the employee I spoke to, Margie, was very helpful. When I arrived at the store, I was greeted, asked if I needed anything, and never felt rushed or like a burden when I asked if they had other sizes. The jeans walls (and the rest of the store displays) were more organized during one of the busiest times of year than I've seen other stores be during off season. There was a dressing room waiting for me, Emily did an amazing job dealing with my order and exchanges at checkout, and Margie was able to get me an even better deal on some items. She runs a tight ship, and I was incredibly impressed. Well done, AEO! Give these ladies a raise!

Honestly I don’t even know where to start.. I walked into American Eagle at the Dulles Town Center.. this was my first time at this location, so I was browsing for back to school clothes for my son which he’s 12.. he is very picky about how his jeans fit. A sweet young lady came up to us her name is Yeishaliz.. I have never in all of my years met such a sweet, compassionate, caring, professional, with a heart of GOLD literally! She asked if there was anything she could do to help our shopping experience.. I told her we were in search of some jeans.. I didn’t notice a clearance section of jeans like I do other American eagles, but she was MORE then willing to go to the back & pull out every size that we needed & even helped my son with his confidence complementing and telling him which jeans she felt looked best & coming from a beautiful young girl & not ( mom ) lol it made his day! Not only did she help my son but she also called another American eagle when they didn’t have the size Jean jacket I was looking for.. & helped me utilize my “ reward dollars “ NOT TO MENTION she even went online to search for other jeans that were on sale and ordered them for us. I mean seriously name another retail associate who would do this? I’ll wait……….. also Yeishaliz even helped my daughter find a pair of jeans that she went to the back to find.. I can’t say ENOUGH about this location. I stopped to talk to their store manager because I couldn’t leave without letting her know HOW MUCH she helped us! I know for a 10000% fact that this store is being ran by the best store manager & she has taken her time to train the right associates it shows with how the store looks & her how her employees treat their customers! We live about 45 mins away but I promise this is OUR NEW location! Thank you Yeishaliz sooooo much from the bottom of our hearts!!! And thank you to the store manager in making your store the best that I have ever been inside of! Even the store manger went ABOVE and beyond for us today when we had another issue at the leesburg outlet American eagle! TEAM AE AT DULLES YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST HANDS DOWN!!!!! THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES! We will be back sooner then later❤

Today I had customer service that went above and beyond!!! I wish I could remember everyone’s names that helped me to find the perfect jeans for my figure when I was ready to give up (ladies you know the struggle).The manager saw my frustration and immediately asked me what I was looking for. With her help and the help of the in store Jean Expert the first pair of jeans they had me try on fit perfectly!! Thank you ladies for your warmth and professionalism! Can’t recommend this location enough!

The minute I walked in the door and looked around in a hopeless daze, Tess the wonderful floor associate came to the rescue. Not only did she help me find the perfect pair of jeans for work, but she made sure they were still within bounds of the special buy one get one half off. Many cudos to her and the fantastic team here.

I’ve never really shopped at american eagle for clothes before but I’m never shopping anywhere else again! The pants and shorts I got fit perfectly and are so comfortable and durable! I used to shop at Walmart because I figured it’s cheaper but I shopped in the clearance on the AE app and not only are the prices very comparable to some of the stuff at Walmart, but the cut and fit is so much better! I know this stuff is going to last me a while, and I feel more confident wearing clothes that fit me well. American Eagle does an amazing job, keep up the good work! 11/10 recommend

That store is amazing even the Employees there. I recommend buying there clothes from there because it's comfortable and like sitting on a really really soft couch.

Bought a bra here once for my girlfriend's birthday. The girl who helped me was awesome and handled my derpiness really well. The lighting is a little intense though.
