AT&T Store

Awesome service!!! This location has the most personable AT&T employees to be found in this area. I would absolutely recommend that if you are an AT&T store in the Fredericksburg area, check this one out, you will not regret it. I’ve been in two days in a row needing help and they’ve helped me EASILY both times, great customer service and friendly as it gets.

The store manager Donavin was extremely helpful in switching my phones from Verizon, and found all the best plans for my devices

My experience at that AT&T store was the best service I've ever had. I've been at several other AT&T store fronts, but I've never received the caliber of service that I got last night. The team was very knowledgeable. They were above board helpful. I just couldn't say enough good things about them, so professional.

This is going to be my new go-to place for all that is AT&T.

My mom needed a phone upgrade and had put it off due to past experiences at AT&T stores. She felt that they never took time to explain things to her and lacked in the customer service department. I suggested we try this store and am THRILLED we did. Skyler took time to work with my mom to help her understand the process of transferring data and setting up her new phone. Her patience, kindness, and professionalism set my mom at ease and made an intimidating process easy and stress free. Thank you for everything. We have found a new AT&T store home.

Skylar is very helpful.she knows her stuff & fixes any problems I have. After other store at Carl d silver parkway central Park did not try to help me at all even selling me wrong products for the phone I purchased there. Skylar fixed it all for me she was most helpful. I will never deal with anyone else. She takes the time to explain things & answers all my questions. Very knowelegable.

Hey there! I have come to love this store! I have had AT&T FOREVER! This store has proven in the past week of why. Thanks to Zy, Matt, Skylar and one other lady. I had a serious issue with my bill and they let me come on my lunch and after work taking time to getting it straight! They gave me 2 upgrades, accessories I needed and even tried out the AT&T TV. I had to do a lot of back and forth for an ENTIRE WEEK.. To no fault of theirs. Let me be clear on that. They worked with me every step of the way. We laughed and became quite acquainted. Big ups to my newest Capricorn friends!!!! You will forever have my business!

I have never had a more pleasant experience with a phone carrier as I do with AT&T. The agents take time answer all your questions and explain in detail just what you are getting for your hard earned money. See Oscar at the South Point location and you won’t be dissatisfied. I’m my opinion they are #1!

The AT&T store at Harrison Crossing is a very friendly, helpful store. An employee ALWAYS speaks when a customer comes into the store! The wait is never longer than 10 minutes. The employees are very patient when dealing with us senior citizens. This is very much appreciated.

Vanessa is knowledgeable, caring, explains things clearly and is not "pushy". She has been very helpful to get a good deal on an upgrade. Although some other AT&T stores are closer to my home, this one is now my store!
