AT&T Store

They are not a real AT&T store but an independent outfit. They lie about everything, they are thieves. We switched three days ago and have been on the phone with AT&T most of our days since then. We were offered a plan for 100.00 for 4 lines because 3 lines we needed would cost 150.00. We thought we could use the 4th line for my mother-in-law later, which they said we could. As we found out from AT&T on the phone, our account showed we “bought” an iPhone 15 and we were going to be charged 10.95 per month. We could not cancel this “fake” deal unless we would pay AT&T 700.00 for the phone we did not have. We were told we would have hot spot, we don’t. We were told internet would be 30.00 per month, AT&T says it is 65.00. All lies and stealing. We filed a fraud claim and now going to the police. While at the store, I saw one man storm out calling them “scammers” and other 2 couples walking away more discretely but unsatisfied. That’s what we should have done. Now we are in this mess, locked at a high rate and paying for a phone we did not purchased nor have it. Stay away. If you were a victim too, report to the police.

Went into the store to upgrade my phone. Nathan offered to help my mom and I right away. He was very respectful and helpful. He explained everything he was doing with my phone while setting it up. The only thing we couldn’t do was transfer my apps but that wasn’t his fault! Nathan tried everything before letting me know. He even suggested me updating my old phone and doing a back up and then coming back so he could help me again which was very nice. But again, my old phone was just not cooperating. I honestly don’t mind redownloading my apps so it’s okay!! My new phone is working perfectly. Let me just tell you too, Anthony is also very sweet and a hard worker. I saw him work with the person next to me and he was funny and very focused on what he was doing at the same time. Overall, very good store and amazing employees.

The store is clean, has several options. The manager is an impressive professional eager to solve problems and does not utilize high pressure over sell models. Works with customers to find their needs and match them with appropriate plans. His team follows his leadership making it a unique store! One of the few that was a pleasure to visit.

I have to say that the sales person who helped me yesterday named Lucia (not sure of spelling) she’s Brazilian though, so you’ll know who she is by her accent. I went into the store only to buy a new case and screen protector for my phone. I ended up walking out with 6 extra things! She wasn’t pushy at all! She is very sweet and friendly. She just let me know what sales they were having and gave me suggestions. She is very well informed on all of the products they sell so I felt very confident on everything she was telling me. I’m so happy with her service that I’ve decided that I will only go to that particular store and always ask for her. I used to manage 80 people under me and I would have done anything to have her on my staff! If you know me you know that’s saying a lot! So if you go to the Sebastian store make sure to ask for the Brazilian lady!! You’ll be happy you did!!😃 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
