Favorite quick stop. Staff is always friendly, especially the girl with cat ears. Coffee is a great price and always fresh!

Normally don’t gush over a gas station... but this place is great. Good energy drink selection, self serve coffee area is good, breakfast foods are my favorites, and service is pleasant and quick.

The parking lot is a nightmare sometimes though. Just the one row fills up quick some mornings.

Friendly staff and great selection. This store is always clean and stocked. Check out the sales: often there is a BOGO sale, or some crazy sale on an expensive ice cream or jerky product that is usually very expensive. The best deals: cheese sticks 2 for $1 (and 90 calories each), dill pickles at 15 calories each and are 3 for $1, egg sandwiches, and fresh brewed unsweetened iced tea.

Great service from Zayne on Sunday Night 9/25/21. 5 Star Customer Service. Always a pleasant stop for gas in Northborough.

I only use the convenience store. Great staff. High volume in the morning so there is always fresh coffee.

It's a gas station. Prices are usually better than others nearby, save for BJs

Not bad place but did notice none of the food had sticker of expired dates or times there roller grill food looked over cooked

This company will work one person to the bone literally while the manager never even shows up for work and weighs over 350lbs, all the other employees spend hours on their phone, in the bathroom , or wandering around acting important. They rely on the work ethic of one or two people just make the entire store run smoothly. They throw away thousands of dollars worth of good product DAILY, They don't recycle, or even donate to good causes. I worked with them for 5 years and never saw even one product donated, one plastic bottle recycled, one metal object recycled, they produce 100s of pounds of trash EVERY 8 HOURS, AND THEY FIRE anyone who tries to do differently. If you are poor, go to their cans, they have plenty of good stuff in there.. Thousands of dollars of Food that isn't expired just because it's not in their plans for how the shelves should look.

Probably the most miss managed Cumberland Farms in the state, despite having an extra 4 people besides the cashier who was trying to keep up with food and scanning a coke order, the other 4 including the manger were just standing around not doing anything remotely helpful despite the fact that they been stealing employees from every other store around and the other stores manage to run with one or two people

Rude employees when I told them the tire inflation machine didn’t read .50 cents they told me they weren’t going to do anything about it and made fun of me saying “you should know all machines only take quarters” which it doesn’t say that at all on the machine

It used to be an interesting place and our favorite. Until one day the manager "Steve" suspected that we were doing a shoplift because we were Latin, even after the police search, nothing was found, he started to refuse to sell to us for "having stolen the gas station".

Usually have good experienxes at these store, on 4/24 around 1245pm, was ignored while waiting by the pizza, holding two Red Bulls. One customer asked if I was all set as I was right next to cash register. I said yes, just waiting for a slice of pizza. Neither store employee blinked or acknowledged me. Two more customers were checked out before I put my Red Bulls down and quietly walked out.

Everything at this store is overpriced, especially the gas.
