The staff is absolutely amazing. Nick and Lauren specifically helped me so much with fixing problems with my xbox one. They took so much time to fix it and i couldn’t be more grateful! They are truly here to help. 10/10 recommend

If you don’t see a game, you’re looking for, just ask the person working, for they may have it behind the counter and not on the shelf yet. We had a hiccup regarding a gift card, thankfully it was figured out with patience & working through all the possibilities.
The store is under new management. I know this first hand after calling a few times & no answer. Then coming by the store, it being locked with the gate down, but merchandise on the shelves, I started to question if they were shutting their doors. Within the hour, I learned it’s under new management.
The manager was currently the only staff member & he took his dinner break.(A note on the door might have been nice…) BUT
perfectly understandable, & he was very professional explaining the situation.

Best brick and mortar place for used video games and merchandise...the staff is awesome...can always find something new to play...love loading up on IP socks...t-shirts at usually on sale (on par with Walmart quality)...star wars merch always seem to be on sale or on the clearance table...usually wind up bringing something I don't really need home with me.

Guy working there was very nice. I thought a game was released in march but the guy very nicely told me the game was being released on May. 5 stars

Our little guy came in to spend his birthday money and Riley went above and beyond for him! They absolutely made his day with an amazing gift and made sure he got the most for his birthday money! Thank you all again!!

The employees are friendly and helpful nerds. I mean that in a good way. They know their stuff.

Nicholas did an awesome job helping me out with getting a Visa gift card for my old secondary phone. I thought it was cool that Nick took some time to catch up with me during the phone testing process. I will be back to buy some PS5 gift cards soon.

I thought about trading in my Xbox one here as well, but just gave that away for free. I am done with all Microsoft products and services for the time being.

Every time I've been in this store, the staff has always been very friendly, willing to help, and are very knowledgeable about the latest video game consoles. This store also has tons of video game accessories like t-shirts, toys, and misc items as well.

The staff was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. There also had great COVID protocols clearly posted, with additional recorded messages. The store was very neat, clean and well organize. I was looking for information on Xbox Series X and S consoles, controllers and two-way head sets. The staff member was able to verify my new PC was powerful enough for gaming, and was even able to recommend the perfect graphics card for my motherboard and RAM allotment of the top of his head. Truly quite impressive and useful. He was able to outfit me with a customizable Xbox controller that fit my hands perfectly, and also a connected head set that fit over my glasses without pinching my ears. I'm 6' 3", so I have bigger and longer head, that makes finding a head set you can game on all day while wearing glasses very difficult. He was able to recommend the perfect pair and a replacement/ second for guest. I walked out with two premium controls, head set, exchange 2 year all-inclusive warranties with device upgrade options and Game Stop membership with added perks and free money to spend each month for under $330. I can also take the devices to any Game Stop for instant replacement, which is great as I travel a lot with my gaming rig. Money and time happily well spent! Thanks Game Stop!

I honestly love going in there, the employees are so fun and nice. You could have good conversations with them about almost anything. They have amazing customer service as well and help you find what you need. The building was a bbq place so it smells like bbq smoke still, but it smells good, and they always have clearance items and deals going on.

So glad this place is still open. They'd be glad to know they've convinced me to purchase a few games I never heard of until going into the store. They at least keep up with the game reviews and research to give decent feedback on the products in store.

It's a GameStop...like all the others. My son shops here and I walk aimlessly around until he's done. He likes it so I'm giving it 5 stars. Employees are always kind and helpful.
