Carrs is a good store with good prices and generosity to give WiFi to it's shopping patrons

This grocery has, without a doubt, the best produce in town! Sweet fruits; crisp greens; firm, fresh, and juicy. I don't know how they do it in Alaska, but it's worth a trip to midtown to get your produce!

Good selection of food. Open to 1am which was nice for us as this 24 hour daylight thing makes it hard to stop for the day. Friendly staff.

2019- Very nice and clean, its well organized. Easy to find what your looking for because the layout is simple and easy to follow. Good parking can be hard to find.

I shop here all the time. My only complaint is hitting the vegetable produce at the wrong time when shopping. But that's not something we can really help being in Alaska.

Love the employees and the shopping rewards are great. I'll always be a customer here.

Not very familiar with the layout so I was running around with my head cut off. Always like Carrs take a break from Fredy's. I wish Carrs would bring back the cold fried fish patties that are in the deli those are delicious 😋! The little apples are bit spendy $8.99 when Walmart and Fredys are couple dollars less. Well Carrs is a bit spend but its oka. Happy shopping 🛍 ☺

Came here to buy a car and walked out with groceries instead. Don't make the same mistake as me, instead I recommend the beautiful assortments of floral, house plants and just plain beautiful gods creations of flowers right at the front entrance. It is always a blessing to be greeted by the many colors of this world's natural beauty, I recommend spending time to absorb the simple things in life, like plants.

This is my all time favorite Carrs in the area.

Several of the departments were unstaffed for unknown reasons this afternoon. Also the hours of operation have changed, leaving the city without grocery access after midnight.

I love the layout of this store. Great produce, Huge selections, at a fair price. Convenient locations

Being a tourist from East coast, going a grocery store in an unfamiliar but beautiful city as far as Anchorage, Alaska I did not expect such a familiar looking grocery store as Carrs. Believe me, somehow I felt I entered my familiar Safeway grocery stores near my house in my home town. (Later I found out that Carrs is owned by Safeway, d'oh). The store is so spic and span and the produces are so fresh. It is a very well stocked place with a good balance of generics and brands. Given the logistic challenge due to Alaska's geographical position I expected that to reflect in the price tags, but the prices looked similar to my own home town on East coast.

I love shopping here for my food, cheap and if your a member you save even more. You also get rewards for being a member. Can be a discount on big purchases, free food items or up to a dollar off of gas. I've been a member for 20+ years, it really pays off.

It's on my way home from work. They usually have what I need/want at reasonable prices given inflation. Self checkout is usually fast and easy to use.

The newest addition of Carrs grocery store in our great city! It's right in the middle of midtown and the building is nice and spacy with awesome quality brand products and groceries. So you should be able to find what ever your need ING for your house here with good customer service!

This new Carrs location is really well done. Excellent produce, good selection, really helpful employees. If you stop in, ensure you check out the deli. Wonderful samosas, fresh made Ramen bowls and great stir fry. This is a great grocery store.

First time I've ever been to a Carrs but I liked it. Nice variety of many foods and products. I really liked the bakery and deli. Sure the prices may be a bit more expensive than Walmart but I feel this store is more bearable than Walmart. Also, very good customer service at this store

Best Grocery store in Anchorage. Stocked well and the Friday $5 deals are amazing. Saving over Half on our groceries.
