AT&T Store

This is the best AT&T store in Anchorage by far! Drayton helped us today at the Midtown Mall and we are so happy we chose this location to get help. He was super knowledgeable, patient, friendly, conscientious and kind especially towards my Mom.

I really appreciate the fact that he broke down all of our phone, watches and iPad payment plans on a piece of paper and gave us a visual on how much longer it would be until we’ve paid them off. He explained to us what the extra charges were and how we could potentially save money. After all that was said and done, I was happy to upgrade my Mom’s iPhone! He made everything seamlessly easy and really took the time to explain what we didn’t understand. Everyone at this location was awesome! Keep it up guys!

David was incredibly helpful and provided fantastic customer service when I went in to buy a phone this past weekend. Thank you so much for making it a very easy, low-stress experience. I didn’t receive the customer service survey I was expecting but if I do get one I will reiterate there how much I appreciated your help!

David assisted me swiftly and professionally and ensured my issue was fully resolved. I had expected to run into several problems trying to remedy my situation but was surprised and pleased with how readily David was willing and able to help me. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you, again, David!

Amber was very accomodating and very helpful, she did not stop till we got what we planned for the phones, she even remembered what we were supposed to do with account. On the other hand, Jason ruined the first owner experience for my son and removed the front screen cover of the brand new phone without asking the owner if they want to do it themsevles! Very inconsiderate!

David Chatterton is the most knowledgeable ATT employee I’ve seen. How he’s not the manager of the store is borderline criminal. Great experience, all issues resolved

Kurt at the Midtown Mall location was super welcoming and helpful. My mom and I had a really pleasant time upgrading my phone and Kurt went over the process of switching from Apple to Android well. He also answered all of our questions and stayed with us until everything was resolved. Overall a really fantastic and painless experience!

David at AT&T Midtown Mall in Anchorage was a huge help in finding me the best promotion AND the challenges that came up while transferring from one phone to the next. Kurt was friendly and very helpful today. Even though I came in 30 mins before closing. I came I’m not sure how to process a trade in on one of my phone lines. I was out of there in 20 mins with his help. Once I am ready for an upgrade I will be asking for him! Thank you Kurt!!

The service in the ATT store in the Midtown (Sears) mall is superb! I have been working with Jason on several issues and he is knowledgeable and has resolved every issue!! The excellent service is why I stay with ATT!!

I went into AT&T at midtown mall my phone was on sos mode I didn’t know what to do I went into the store a guy name David was so kind and and helpful he fixed my phone problem less than 5 min.. give him 10 thumbs up.. thank you so much.

I was in & out of the At&t store in approximately 14minutes with a brand new Samsung Galaxy S23 ultra. No hassles and the service rep didn't say, "No or sorry I can't help you for any kind of reason."
He cared about my needs and took very good care of me.

The professionals at AT&T Midtown deliver phenomenal customer service. I lost a phone during an outdoor excursion and had to start from scratch. David Chatterton helped me greatly throughout the process after not getting much help in another store. He came through in a huge way! I cannot recommend their service enough!

My recent experience of visiting AT&T Stores was extremely great. I was looking for two prepaid SIM cards. Within 8-10 minutes, the desk executive had activated my two iPhones with prepaid SIM cards and that’s what I was looking for. Level of understanding and nature of helpfulness of attending executive delighted my visit. Thanks.
