American Eagle Store

I have not shopped in American eagle for years and was pleasantly surprised by the selection of clothes and the stuff at this location. Travis was so nice and helpful he remembered everyone’s names, grabbed different sizes, styles and gave honest opinions to the styles I was trying on. That men deserves a raise !

I just want to say how kind & sincere the retail staff is at this store in Tyson’s!! My son just loves this store & I feel good about shopping here for him & for me. Real people who look you in the eye & actually engage in conversation work here ! Kudos to your staff especially during the holidays.

Karen Jones is the sweetest!! She’s super helpful with everything. The size I was looking for wasn’t displayed in the front and she brought some out from the back in the right size and in every color. She was really nice with helping me find everything I needed. Thank you Karen! 😊

The girl managing the fitting room on 12/27/22 at ~7 PM deserves a raise. Thank you for making my day by giving out compliments to myself and everyone else in the store.

I frequently shop here. They always have a person in the fitting room helping out. They stay true to the experience that a retail store should provide.

I went to the store in Tysons Mall looking for some blue jeans. I met a guy named Emanuel and helped me find exactly what I was looking for !! You don't usually get this kind of customer service unless you are being fitted for a tuxedo at Nordstroms !! What surprised me the most was that he couldn't be older than 17 - 18 years old !! He either has great parents teaching him well manners or the management staff taught him customer service very well !! Either way thank you Emanuel for making my blue Jean shopping such a wonderful experience!!

Awesome customer service! Karen was especially helpful, helped me find the exact pair of jeans I was looking for! Although they didn’t have my exact size, the girl at the fitting room still looked for me! Thank you guys so much! Very clean store as well!!
