I couldn’t find what I needed and Barbara was working in the isle next to me and she was so helpful! She helped me find what I needed and was grabbing stuff in the back because I needed more containers than what was displayed. She was super nice and didn’t mind helping :)

Customer service supervisor was incredibly helpful and was able to get us our stuff that we paid for + forgot nearly a month ago despite it being so long. She was very polite and was able to find everything (plus proper replacements for two items) and got everything for us very quickly. She was very understanding as we live 4 hours away and this is the closest Target. 10/10 service

My experience at Target in Carson city, Nevada, is always an awesome one!! I love that they have a small grocery section, price checkers for customers, and they’re prices are not to be either. I also love that they have partnered up with Starbucks as well.😃👍🏼 very happy always😊❤

I love coming here to do grocery and random shopping. Place is always very clean and employees are always willing to help.

Love this clean, friendly store! Always a rewarding experience from finding great deals on products to returning an item that didn't fit. It's competitors could benefit from learning what customer service and experience truly mean.

Great service yesterday and again today when I had to make a return of two items. I had three or four different employees offer to help me find things. I had a list and they were so helpful and friendly. The woman in cosmetics very thoroughly explained your return process for lipstick. I was hesitating because I wasn’t sure of the color and she took that worry away. Great experience.

The Target team member was very friendly, helpful and personable. My experience was a delight. He gave me some information I didn't know I needed and appreciated it. My purchased product was waiting for me when I arrived and I was out of the store in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend this process to anyone in the Carson Valley area.

When I go to target, I usually find what I’m looking for and always a lot more. Their selection is very good. I would do this again and I do recommend target to other people. I know there’s some people that don’t like target but I’ve never been disappointed.

My whole family loves Target. I have been shopping at Target for over 25yrs. It has great prices and good quality clothing....sometimes the fashion is a little adventurous, but we always manage to find something. It's fun to just wonder around and find new things.

It was ready fast. It was brought to me fast. Everyone was friendly as usual. It helps me when I get to the store and my toddlers fall asleep in the car and I have to wake them or not go. I love going into target so it won’t be something I use all of the time but probably the majority of the time for convenience.

Customer Service! I like Targets in general but the Target on Jack's Valley in Carson City is special because of one employee in particular. Pat, who is a cashier, makes the shopping experience at Target a pleasure. She personifies customer service with her friendliness and efficiency! An enthusiastic attitude makes all difference in the world in a retail establishment and Pat is outstanding!

I always leave this location with a smile; impressed by the employees, their professionalism, both willingness and ability to help locate items, to assist with Baby Registration from start to finish, and to complete my Target experience with fresh popcorn. Target just wouldn't be Target without the popcorn! Well organized and clean as well.

The employees are friendly and helpful. I think the most important thing is this store is always CLEAN! Which make my shopping experience more pleasurable.

Although the selection wasn't up to normal standards, I recognize the reason is due to COVID-19. The merchandise that WAS there was very well organized in lieu of COVID guidelines. The store was clean and the staff was organized, friendly and had taken appropriate measures to protect customers from anything that might cause them to get sick. The staff was friendly and took appropriate measures to protect their customers.

They refunded our money.
We bought eight $50 Disney gift cards because they were out of the larger quantities. One of the cards wasn’t activated and it didn’t match any of the cards on the receipt. I don’t know this could have happened, but I always worry about this when buying gift cards. Check your card numbers carefully before you leave the store.

I've always had really friendly service here. They're always kind and helpful. I wish this were a little bit closer to town than it is, but the location is the only thing I've found wrong with this place. They have much more sales than Walmart and are all around friendlier and better quality.

Nice employees. Helpful, polite, and attentive. Clean store. Seemed like the store was following social distancing guidelines and CDC recommendations. Very quick and easy online order in store pickup.
