I have never used a computer repair company before. This was for my personal laptop. I brought it in, Jerry provided me with immediate attention, opened my laptop and started diagnosis of my issues. within ten minutes, he had figured it out and provided me a quote for repairs. Additionally, my laptop specifications has paused him to consider whether the laptop was worth the price of repair. We discussed in great depth and I decided to move forward with the repair. The repair was completed within two business days as I did not need it immediately. I am very happy with the service and will use them again. Thanks

Hands down the best computer repair shop! Jerry fix my gaming PC after geek squad and another computer shop couldn’t fix. The man is very knowledgeable, and if I have any other problems, I would come back again!

Computer Crew is the best place to take your computer or purchase one! Every time we have problems with any of our computers we know that Jerry and Karen will do their magic and fix the problems we or the internet created! They are honest, have tremendous integrity, and are the best in the industry. You can drop your computer off at a Best Buy or some huge retail establishment but you won’t get the personal care and honesty you will with Computer Crew! I have taken my computers to Computer Crew for many years and have always had very good results. I have also recommended other folks and they have had good results as well. Recently, I took my iMac in and it ended up needing a new hard drive. Over the years I have found aspects of their communication to be lacking - this time I ended up feeling a bit frustrated, however, as soon as I called Jerry he talked it out with me and he really put forth a good effort to keep me informed until my machine was ready. Today I am writing this review on what feels like a brand new computer (my computer is 6 years old). I would not be surprised if I don't need to see Jerry again for 6 more years! His prices are fair, he is an expert in his field and he is honing his communication skills. We consider him our go-to IT guy!

My son wanted to build his own computer - did all the research, got his money together - and then just couldn’t get it to work. I found this spot online and what an absolute gem! Karen was so patient with my son, showing him step by step what she was doing. Truly a wonderful family business, couldn’t be more happy with finding these guys! Our new go to for any and all computer needs!

I dropped off an older computer that I wasn't using at home with the idea of possibly updating and using it at my shop. Jerry was able to tune it up and make it ready for WiFi within a few days at a very reasonable price. Great Customer Service..

Needed some work done on my PC and had trouble finding anyone in Tahoe to look at it. Jerry got back to me right away and diagnosed the trouble fast. Very knowledgeable and fair.

I called Computer Crew on on a Friday around 10 am. I had been having problems with my self modified computer. The owner answered the phone and told me to come right down. Jerry not only fixed my mistakes, he fixed a few driver issues I had. He did this all while I sat there and waited. Despite other customers and multiple phone calls, I was all done in about an hour and the bill was 48 dollars, and I had a very friendly little dog to pet while I waited. I would and will go there for any issues I have in the future.

I have used Jerry over the years exclusively. I have found him reliable, honest, friedly, knowledgeable, and skilled. I will be dropping off a laptop today to see if he can work his magic.
