I was looking for a dinner place near the beach and I stumbled into this wonderful place. I had their House Sandwich and the Classic Italian. Both sandwiches were excellent! I also picked up some meats and the staff was very professional. There's a great selection of high-end meats, sausages, burger patties, etc here for you to grill at home (even some fresh-looking, washed, and seasoned veggies). They also have a huge selection of cheese and charcuterie. Everything is packaged nicely and clean. Price is on the higher side but you probably already know that if you're shopping at Crystal Cove.

Highly recommend! The sandwiches and pickles are amazing. I ordered #1 Turkey on ciabatta . My family ordered #2 Turkey club and roast beef on ciabatta. We all love it! Coming back! And amazing view of the ocean!

I needed a menu for a really special dinner with European cousins. I started at the Butchery and got even the most hard to find ingredients, including: cut beef marrow bones, imported beef salami, gigantic aged steaks, and so so much more. If you are a foodie or just trying to find unique ingredients, go here!

Seriously one of the most impressive places for meat and cheese. Eduardo was above amazing, being so patient the first time son and I went in to look around then we went back and gave him a budget and let him put together a charcuterie plate for us. He asked what wine we were going to enjoy and paired it with the cheeses and meats he chose. We will be back for meat to cook next. Do yourself a favor and check it out next time you want to treat yourself and makes sure to ask for their professional advice, you will not regret it!

First time in this establishment, we were very impressed. The staff was friendly, great selection of meats, cold coffee, beer and wine. They also make sandwiches. Coming back for sure.

I ordered a chaucuterie tray for 10-12 people over the phone. We live in the Pasadena area. I picked it up and it was fabulous. Everyone in Dana Point at the party was so impressed. Not only were the cheeses, meats etc great but the presentation was incredible. I wish you had a Butchery near us. However, if I need another tray I will go to Brea which is closer for one. Thank you for an outstanding job.

On saturday I was having a girls night and I needed a cheese platter to go with our drinks. I pass The Butchery every time I go home but I never have time to check it out. This time on my way home I stopped to see what it is all about. Thank goodness I did. It is very well organized and nicely put together. I wasn’t really sure what to get or which cheese and meats go together best but the people working there answered all of my questions nicely. The service there is very helpful and friendly. They have a wide variety of meats to choose from. I want to go back for other dinners in the future. The best part they have an excellent selection of craft beers. I picked some beer up too because unlike the other girls I enjoy beer instead of wine with my cheese platter. That night it was a crowd favorite. Everyone was loving what they were eating. Would for sure go again. Very pleased with my experience.

I LOVE this place! This is definitely my go-to for buying meat because it is such good quality and well worth the price. I don’t know too much about cuts of meat but the workers are extremely friendly, eager to help, and definitely know what they’re talking about. The ocean view seating is a plus, I always come here for lunch. The Classic Italian sandwich is my favorite!

This place is amazing. Don't come hungry...you will order everything. This is a great place if you need something for a meal, event, or just need a great sandwich. Stopped in and got a couple amazing sandwiches and a charcuterie plate. I told them the cheeses I do not like and let them do their magic. Never been disappointed.

The employees at The Butchery were incredibly knowledgeable in helping me find the right choice of products! I stopped in for lunch and grabbed a signature buffalo chicken sandwich that one of the butchers recommended. It was insanely delicious and I will definitely be back for more! I was also impressed by the wide variety of products they had beyond just selling meats. I ended up leaving the store with several different artisan cheeses that they helped me taste and pick out to bring home for later!

This place is heavenly 😍 , excellent meat and poultry selection. I was specially amazed at their variety of condiments, sauces, dips ànd so on.. I went for Cici's cookies and ended up buying bacon, marinated chicken and breakfast sausages! Had to leave before I bought all of their supply!

Awesome butcher shop and deli. Great sandwiches and sweet places to sit outside to enjoy the Pacific view. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Picked up ribs and steak tips to grill, delicious!

This was my first time ever visiting The Butchery and I have to say, I was blown away by the huge selection they have! They don't just sell meats, they have a wide variety of cheeses, vegetables, and alcoholic beverages. The employees there are very helpful and knowledgable about their products. They answered every one of my questions with a smile! I just popped in on my lunch break for a sandwich (try the lemon pepper chicken sandwich) but I can't wait to come back and grab some high quality meats to make a great dinner.

Great meat selection and friendly staff! I recently purchased various cuts of steak, chicken, and carne asada for a party I was throwing at my house. I truly don’t think I’ll ever be able to shop at a normal grocery store for meat again! From the moment you walk in, the staff is incredibly attentive and able to answer any questions you might have. Based on what you’re looking for, they will recommend everything from different cooking techniques, sauces, and sides to a great wine or beer to pair with your meal. They have a wide range of high quality products that cover virtually every aspect of a good meal - making The Butchery a one-stop-shop which is super convenient!

I went into the Butchery earlier this week to pick up some meat for a family party I was hosting. I don’t know too much about the different cuts of meat, but the staff helped answer all of my question and even gave me some suggestions of their personal favorites as well. While I was in there I also decided to try one of their sandwiches. I ordered the House Sandwich and it was AMAZING! I can’t wait to go back!

I love The Butchery. They always provide great service and create a welcoming environment for customers. Whenever I'm in the area I make sure to stop by for one of their delicious sandwiches and a beer from their wide selection. I stopped by over the weekend to grab a couple of things for dinner and like always, it was great!

Hands down 5 star location they got the meats. And not just the best meats of upmost quality but also the flavors to accommodate said meats. This location is the best for finding meats chesses salts drinks and just about anything to make your meal amazing. Big shout-out to the super friendly staff are so knowledgeable and passionate about their products.

We decided to try the prime filet burgers and they were fantastic. The employees are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We're visiting from the East Coast, but if I lived around here I would be a frequent customer!
