Gap

As I mentioned in a previous review, GAP is not one of my favorite shopping 🛍 destinations. However, this fact won’t have any impact on my profound professional review factors. Therefore, this particular branch is a 5 star ⭐ one. The gorgeous location in Crystal Cove shopping center, the view from within the store, the store layout, some unique designs, and the good customer service are all factors that impressed me at this location.

I’m petite and the Gap is one of the few stores that carry clothes for me, especially pants!
Julia was very nice, helped me all the way, and suggested very nice items. The store is clean, and beautiful and the people are.
I went in there late in the afternoon and the view was amazing when I came out!

Got helped for my returns by the lovely Kemi, she was very helpful with great energy and attitude as well as her team, Ive been greeted with big smile as soon as I entered the store and wished me a good day before I left

Had a great experience with a Marleen sales person straight to the best pieces and the store is clean and fun.

My wife and I were staying up the street at Newport Coast Villas and needed socks for our 2 year old son. Gap was very quick and easy. Plenty of parking and the store was very nice and the people were friendly.

I can never quite understand this Gap being in this location. With that said, they seemed less picked over than most Gap locations in the area. Their clearance section usually was better as well.

Found a few items; great price and super comfortable. Received many compliments already.
