On multiple occasions, I've gone to Cyclewerks to buy components for my Trek Emonda. Each time, the staff has recommended a solution that was the least expensive of multiple options.

This tells me they are putting my needs ahead of their desire to make a sale. The imbalance of knowledge between consumer and bike shop can make bike shops intimidating places. It's nice to work with bike shop people who have integrity.

ALWAYS FIRST RATE!!! From my road bikes to the fat tire bike, the staff at Cycle Werks does a phenomenal job! In the store and at local events, they are always extremely helpful and down to earth! I will recommend them EVERY time!

I love Cycle Werks. I had a tire that was over worn and had multiple staples in it. I was able to hop into the shop, get a new tire and tube, and be on my way in about 15 minutes. While I was waiting I had a great conversations about 3 custom bikes in the shop that have me thinking about other purchases in the future. I plan on continuing to do business with Cycle Werks as often as possible.

My new ride has been awesome! Thanks to CycleWerks for taking the time to help me decide what style and size bike would be best for me. I have a Trek FS Sport 4 and love it. Since August I've rode more than 50 hours for enjoyment and fitness. I'd highly recommend the Whitehouse location since it is right beside a rails-to-trails path for test rides. Jon was great. I’ve already noticed a big difference since getting my bike fit by him. He was very methodical and took his time to make sure that my bike was perfectly fit for me.

Amazingly helpful staff! Came in with a flat…fixed within 5. Mins! Then purchased a bike rack…assembled, put on my car and given instructions on how to do it! Wonderful employees!

Love Cycleworks! Julie and team are warm and friendly and have great service. I trust them to get my bike season ready to making sure tires are filled properly to bike accessories and parts.

This is a very nice bicycle shop. We come to CycleWerks every year for the Mad Anthony River Rally in White House from Michigan and have had work done on our bikes while there. We tested a few bikes and think their prices on new bikes and clothing is very reasonable. We recommend them to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable place to take a bike for maintenance or buy a new one.

Our family had the best experience with CycleWerks! We went in not knowing 100% what we wanted and Scott helped us learn. Scott was very knowledgeable and not a pushy salesman which made the decision so much easier. The one thing I thought I wanted was an expensive bike trailer for my son and Scott went over several brands and tiers within those brands and didn’t guide us to buy the expensive one he actually personally recommended a fair priced model. Delivery to our home was easy and friendly. I can’t wait to go back to get our bike check ups and especially when my son needs his first bike!!

Excellent service with the best bike mechanics around. Great selection of new bikes and accessories covering anything from mountain bikes to triathlon. Owners are amazing and constantly commit to bettering the local cycling/fitness community. Give some of their events a try, they are very fun and inclusive.
