I was in downtown Wellington just walking around and stumbled across Gammy’s. What an adorable homemade candy shop. The creativity with chocolate covered candies, marshmallows, pretzels, and so much more is truly amazing. Custom handmade candy bouquets would make perfect gifts for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Get Well gifts, and so much more. I loved the dinosaur box filled with different dinosaurs for a unique child’s birthday gift. Magical unicorn marshmallows is the ideal treat for anyone. I saw some cute apple candy pops that would make the perfect Back to school teachers gifts. There were also candy golf balls, teeth, make up kits, heels , purses, candy trophy pops for kids baseball team, the imagination behind all of these wonderful handmade candy items is extremely impressive. Whether you are looking for white chocolate, dark chocolate, milk chocolate, peanut butter chocolate, honestly whatever you think of, it’s here. She also has homemade fruit pies, cream pies, and hand pies. If you are looking for a unique gift for someone special, stop into Gammy’s, you will find the perfect gift! Small little hometown chocolate shop. I was met with super friendly service with a smile. She even gave my son popcorn while we browsed. Gammys has so many goodies in there including all different kinds of chocolate covered pretzels even ones coated with Oreos and toffee. There are also chocolate covered potato chips and even chocolate covered twinkies. If you’re a chocolate lover with a sweet tooth this is definitely a spot you should visit.

We stopped to eat lunch in Wellington and saw Gammy’s store front and before we left town I just had to check into what they had . They offer all kinds of chocolate candies and homey stuff but the main purpose of the stop was the fried pies ! They had a display case with several varieties of fried fruits pies and also lemon and chocolate . We bought a few and after I got home I tried a peach fry pie and it was beyond delicious! It took me back to my childhood when my mom would make fry pies . I definitely will be returning to get more !

Pies were great, unique flaky dough for a fry pie. Hope to be back again

Cute little candy store! It's got all the fun little chocolate covered staples in individual size and has some larger size boxes to go!
