Camping World

I went to the RV show with my Dad who had a very nice, personable and knowledgeable gentleman by the name of Joe helping him. Joe was happy to show my dad, Raymond, different RVs, different options and was very good at explaining information that was easily received because it was more personal versus him being a sales person. I hope when it comes time for me to purchase Joe is still around because I will make sure to ask for him!

Thank you Joe for making my father feel like a person and not a sale because that is most important to us consumers.

We had a great experience with the Churchville campers world. Our salesperson was Alice and she was just wonderful. She didn't pressure us at all. We felt very at ease. She always kept us informed and checked on us when we returned home, we are new at pulling 5th wheel. The Churchville store was excellent. From the walk thru to the training of the hookup. The manager Dave always made us feel right at ease. Definitely would buy from them again.

What an amazing experience and I didn't even purchase my camper yet! My husband and I are looking to buy within the next month and so we started going places and looking at what we want/need. The sales person Mike was great! He wrote down notes and was so attentive to our needs and wants. I was so pleased with our experience and am happy to be doing business with them!

I just purchased a 2021 Flagstaff Forest River 206 LTD, I am replacing my 1997 Flagstaff. I was cordially received by Dan and everything was explained to me thoroughly. I felt I received a good, fair price. I stated what my payment needed to be and they made it work for me. The technician, Anthony, explained everything to me. Alot has changed since 1997 (lol) and sometimes he had to explain things to me twice but he was very patient, kind and thorough. He did not make me feel like a dope because I asked tons of questions. Very helpful and my daughter took notes. Great staff, lots of smiles and kindness and great service. I would recommend Camper World over their competitor any day of the week!!

Had a very good experience at the churchville location. I worked with George and he got me into a beautiful camper for a unbeatable price. The camper needed work and they had it in and out of the shop in a weeks time. Got the camper home and planning on going camping this weekend with it. I will definitely use them again. Hardest part was picking a camper with all of their selection.

We're new to RV'ing and we were a little nervous about such a large purchase. The folks at Camping World were great and put us at ease. They helped us at every step along the way and were very customer focused. Our salesperson, Andrew, was the best. He's high energy and has both a great personality and sense of humor. Our finance guys, Jeff and Brian were also very helpful. We did have one small hiccup, when there was a miscommunication on when we would be taking our trailer home, and our plates weren't available. Lori, their Service Delivery Manager, secured a driver and had our trailer delivered to our home to make good on the delivery, using dealer plates. I mention that, because I don't judge good customer service by when things are going well, I judge it by when there is an issue and how that business responds. That's what puts them to the test. Camping World passed that test with flying colors. Again, I'd recommend them to anyone who's shopping for an RV. And, be sure to ask for Andrew!

Got to work with George Avery, as well as Rob, Ron and Jimmy. The guys came together to make sure my wife and I got the trailer we were looking for, while helping to ease us into the consignment process for selling our old RV. Great team!

George was a great salesman. He took time to get things settled before we made the trip up there. Looking and sending me links to trailers to look at. This way when we got there we had it narrowed down to 3 and made our purchase. He made sure everything went smoothly and still is following up with me

When we started looking at upgrading our camper, we started at a competitor who immediately left us with a bad impression. Along came Dan Lynch at Camping World Churchville. He was absolutely great to work with. He made the exploration and purchasing experience fun and simple, and treated us with respect. Dan, I cannot thank you enough for all you did to help my family bring home our next memory maker for years to come. I would strongly recommend you to anyone who is looking for a camper. The process was exhausting. Hours and hours looking at campers, two days taken off work to drive two hours away but they were very accommodating. Always a kind face or someone to sit and chat with us. Evan was our salesman and he was great, I’d recommend him to anyone . If he can deal with my husband, he can deal with anyone. He got us something as a token of his appreciation for our purchase and frankly I owe him something for dealing with my husband , far more than what he got us. Anthony T , that kid knows his stuff and loves his job , he needs a raise . Good employees are hard to find and you have the best one out in the shop. Loyal, committed, excited and overall knowledgeable. The Sales manager, always greeting his potential buyers and introducing himself . Lisa who coordinates the logistics of things was a very great person also . Although, the experience was time consuming and my husband was less than pleasant I’d 100% recommend to give them a shot. Cheers to a successful sale and happy patrons ! Hubs isn’t easy to please .. Trust me!

The entire staff was extremely helpful and resourceful from the day I was shopping for a RV to the very last day of purchase. I have purchased 5 RV’s in my lifetime and Camping World in Churchville was number one!!!!

Overall I enjoyed coming here. However, there was a lot of miscommunication with our salesman Jeremy and him not being there for the actually signing of papers, and me having to call a lot to get updates. Which is totally fine, I understand life happens but a little annoying that we said we wanted what we did then it felt like he disappeared (again life happens...). However, for the whole process of looking and staying in our price range he was wonderful.
What really sold me was the wonderful customer service Key at the front desk provides and Lori the service manager and Anthony a service tech. There was miscommunication from Jeremy to the service department on what time for pick up of our pop up trailer, and I was a little upset. Lori handled it so well and professionally it was admirable. There was a little door I wanted fixed before we signed the papers and Lori and Anthony personally called me and texted me sending me updates and pictures of the process to fix it and it was wonderful (at no additional cost). Overall, I am thankful for Lori and Anthony in service department because they made the final sale and walkthrough enjoyable and smooth. We will forever request Anthony as our tech in the future and because of them we will be returning if we trade in in the future or anything like that.

This was our first time at camping world. And our first camper. George was our sales rep and helped us find the perfect camper for my family! Would definitely recommend checking them out

My Wife and I purchased our first camper at Camping World in Churchville, NY. George Avery assisted us in finding the right camper for our family. He treated us like family and was very knowledgeable on any questions we had with the many different units on their lot. George even stayed pass the time he worked until to look at more travel trailers and go over the paperwork for financing. Brandon, Robert in Financing bent over backwards to help get us financed. I love that when you walk in, you are met with friendly faces and a family like atmosphere. We will Definity be back!

Do not think about going anywhere else! This past weekend I purchased a Coleman Lantern 17b from Dan. Hands down the BEST customer experience in a very LONG time. It's been hard to find someone that wants to work in almost every retail store I have been to..not just a camping store and Dan just went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Mike, our technician was so knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Wendy, at the reception desk, and Alice were also amazing! This location is not the closest to my house. I drove an hour and 45 minutes to give them my business and I would advise you all to do the same. Thank you all for your hard work! Keep it up!! #customer4life!

My family of 3 had been looking to buy a camper. We had a situation where I needed to guarantee a good roof over my family’s head. We had gotten scammed out of our home from someone who we thought was a friend, and during court are unable to continue living in the home we thought was ours. For the past month, we were assigned a absolutely amazing employee named Alice. She not only remembered and kept in mind our situation, but overshot our expectations. She found us an absolutely beautiful camper and worked diligently to make sure we could get the camper. She was very kind to our 5 year old daughter and kept our dogs in mind when it came to living. Every interaction with every employee we met has been wonderful and kind. Very exceptional store, would highly recommend. Anyone can sell you a camper but the staff are incredible and will do whatever they can to make sure you’re completely satisfied.

Our experience when we came in to look at the camper we purchased was good. The Staff was very friendly and informative. Evan was our salesman and he really knows his job. He made us feel comfortable liked we've know him a long time. Also the gentleman (his name was Anthony or John I think) who prepped the camper for us to come in and do our walk though was very nice and knew his stuff. Everyone we worked with was very friendly. I would recommend anyone to come and look at campers at Camping World in Churchville.

Great place! I live in Niagara county and go to Churchville store instead of Hamburg store because of the selection. Also the staff is super friendly!
