Always quick, respectful service. There's always parking, and the attendants are always knowledgeable.
It would be nice if there were some packaging materials available for sale, but given that it seems to be a distribution center without many residential areas around, it makes sense.

Had to ship a vacuum back, Julius was super helpful & nice, went above & beyond to help me!

The FedEx guy was so helpful. He was very patient with our needs and made sure our boxes were properly packaged & labeled.

Huge amount of thanks to Theresa! She helped my son navigate sending something out for repairs, and made the process so easy. We cannot express our appreciation for her kindness and positivity!!

We proudly ship many packages with this FedEx location for business. This FedEx facility is very valuable with a courteous staff. I have been there many times so don't buy negative feedback from the one-off visitor trying to pick up an Amazon purchase. Unfortunately most people can't appreciate the service, not even under the 2020 circumstances. We could not operate without them, especially in a pinch situation. Great job! A+

I have been here only a couple of times. The Staff are friendly and very knowledgable. If you go on their website you are able to put in your address and your delivery options. Where you want your packages delivered. Be specific on color of your house. List your phone number and email address as well.

Exceptional customer service!!! I read the reviews about this location and was skeptical going in but the reviews are absolutely wrong. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I was in and out in less than fifteen minutes. Very polite, very professional staff. I will definitely return in the future.

The place was clean, the staff was courteous and I received my package without any issues.

Quick & efficient clerk...knowledgable as to why we had trouble creating shipping label coz the site just said not available in your country rather than saying the shipping option was not available but u can choose next day by 4:30pm for under $2 additional.

Great place. The folks at the counter are wonderful. If you gotta ship take the trip out to Governor Drive.

Fast service, overnight prices much cheaper than online or account prices. Usually no lines when I'm in there, masks required.
