I love this place!!! Ive always passed by this place and decided for the first time to stop in. Bill is super friendly and super helpful, he helped me find something i would like then showed me to the complimentary customer coffee haha. Im here by myself and hes given me some company which is awesome. Ill definitely be coming back again and im always grateful to a helpful person. Awesome vibes and a great atmosphere. I was worried because im younger that maybe id be looked at strangely but not all! Bill made me feel right at home at the lounge. 5 stars!

First time at this location on Saturday 5/25 as a new member, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, awesome selection of sticks. I'll only be visiting this location going forward, Amherst location needs some attention.

Great tobacco shop. They have a vast selection including many different brands. Staff is knowledgeable and willing to help you out with any questions you may have and steer you to the right smoke. Roller on site making great house blends and custom orders. Customer for life!

Stopped by Buffalo Cigars on my way home. Stayed and had a stogie. The atmosphere was nice, good conversations. There was a a gentleman hand rolling cigars and the Yankees were on. It was a great stop and I will absolutely be back.

Best place to watch a Bills game and smoke a cigar, tons of cigars at good prices with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Early 2020 they'll have a bar too!

Great customer service-needed cigars for special great trainer at work. So DEFINATELY needed high end cigars and Buffalo Cigars was place I went. Nice Quality selection and great customer service. Just wish they had more of the Buffalo cigar T-Shirts for sale! Purchased the cigars for our trainer at work. I am sure he will be pleased with selection and quality of the cigars!

Buffalo Cigar has figured out Buffalo (WNY). They found a way to provide a high end experience and feel to a blue collar area. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about everything they have to offer. The cigar club is an experience of it's own. They grouped 5 TVs on one wall and provide another in the opposite corner for a viewing pleasure for everyone. The bar is
relatively well equipped with something for everyone. The daily specials bring in a slew of club members to take advantage of their nightly specials (check the website for those). The bocce league started out with some pretty minor issues that were quickly remedied by Commissioner Mike who runs tight ship while keeping the game fun. The cigar lounge has plenty of room for 20 or so people and the cigar club can accommodate many more with 2 floors and outside seating. Entry into the club is limited to only club member, although members can bring a guest for a minimal $5 fee....an experience well worth the price of admission. To sum it up I'd say that Buffalo Cigars has found a home in Orchard Park.

Absolutely fantastic shop - plenty of comfortable seating (huge leather chairs!) and a really well appointed cigar selection. I've been there a couple times when they've had a roller in house and he's always fun to watch. Pricing is very reasonable also.

The perfect venue for a stag party! Everything was an ideal setup and things ran smoothly. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed all aspects of the space from upstairs, to downstairs, to the back patio!

This is the place to find that great selection of cigars one is always looking for with a knowledgeable staff and what seems like a weekly schedule of cigar themed events. Enjoy good cigars at reasonable prices while one savors a complimentary coffee or soda. Buffalo Cigars has a huge selection, knowledgeable staff and regular customers that seem very nice and helpful. No cutting or hourly fees. Very comfortable lounge sits most groups effortlessly. Looks very high end but prices are quite reasonable. Four HD TVs with most sports broadcasts and always seems expertly staffed with military, first responder and even college student’s discounts. If you’re a music fan enjoy live bands weekly, sports fantasy leagues, and much more! Let’s not forget the owners who are always trying to get new ideas from their customers on how to improve the store. Buffalo Cigars is a wonderful addition to Orchard Park and the Southtowns!. Now with Western New York's largest cigar club and lounge its a must visit cigar experience for all to enjoy.

I can't say enough about how important a staff is to a cigar shop. I'm usually a bit intimidated talking with cigar aficionados, but I feel like these guys were genuinely there to help me. I was recommended a few smokes and they were all amazing. I really love the atmosphere they've created inside. It's a really well designed building and you can tell a lot of work and thought has been put into this place.

My place to go sit back and enjoy some time quiet time or chat with gentlemen about real topics of cigars and libations. The selection of cigars is Supreme along with the supporting supplies to keep your humidor at top shelf,It has expanded and added an exclusive club to join, I still go here and I love the time away from the house.

I was exited when it first opened and was not disappointed when I arrived. First class from top to bottom with a great selection from mild to full bodied cigars. All the greats are there with some new ones worth discovering. The staff is more than helpful and the atmosphere takes my stress down a few notches. So far it is my go to cigar store and feel it just is going to get better. Also kudos for your cigar 101 seminars and special events. Thank you.

Buffalo Cigars has everything. Knowledgeable staff, countless cigars in stock, ambiance... it’s the total package for cigar aficionados. Great rewards program, very generous with freebies and customer-centric events. I live away from Buffalo now and I think about this place weekly. One of a kind.

Buffalo cigars is more then just a shop. It's an experience . The building itself is built incredibly well, and walking in, you feel as if your in a beautiful Florida cigar store, or even a traditional Cuban store .the atmosphere is incredible, low lighted, dark wood everywhere,shelves upon shelves of cigars ranging from all sorts of makers, brands, sizes, shapes, and not to mention the best walk in humidor in wny,mind you that other stores in the area have great ones as well, but this one is special in my opinion. The staff are always lively, very well versed in the product, the information and always willing to help with any questions or needs. I've bought easily in the last year well over $500 worth of product from this business and have not regretted it one bit. It's a nice place to relax after a long day, they always have things going on almost each day it seems, college night, veterans night, ladies night, and usually host awesome little special nights at other venues or there, such as pig roast and such things. Whether your an afficianado or new to cigars, this place is a must.
