The lady at the frame desk (Brooke?) was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The frames were all 70% off! It was much less money than anticipated. I'll go back next time I need a frame for sure!

I buy all my picture frames here, as well as other items occasionally. They've got a great selection and price ranges to fit different budgets. Just purchased two inexpensive but nice looking frames for matted photos. Just right. Previously, we had a special photo shoot for our son's graduation and we splurged for two large custom frames worth it for perfect, quality to match the theme of photos. They often have framing sales (coupons) that really help.

Michael's is always a great store to look for and buy craft supplies for any type of activity. The aisles and sections are well organized and marked for convenience. They have great specials and sales frequently. Seasonal merchandise is moved in and out quickly as the holidays change. They have a rewards program, so if you're a frequent shopper there are extra perks to that. If you're looking for something specific, I would recommend starting here before shopping elsewhere.

They are clean. Some of the staff are nice. Depends who is working. They have stuff there that Joanne's doesn't.

I truly love my job. we have the best customers and my team is a family. there is no one who causes a bunch of drama. after working here i will never be able to work anywhere else because my standards will be too high 😁. im not a crafty person so i enjoy learning things from my customers and my team. i started as a "blank canvas" 😜
