AT&T Store

Oh Wow! We had so many questions about our At&t mobile plan, we walked in the store kinda nervous praying for a customer service with extensive knowledge of the company. We had the pleasure of meeting Ms Noeline, who patiently listened to our concerns and addressed them providing excellent service. She is an awesome asset to At&t.

Jeremy at AT & T is marvelous! He’s been my salesperson for over ten years, most professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He is the reason I always go to AT &T in Aventura, Florida near Fresh Market shopping center. I highly recommend him, you will be extremely happy!

I am very happy and pleased with the service from Jeremy he did an awesome job, with help setting up my new iPhone and make sure the process went smoothly.Please give him a raise in his paycheck he deserve it. The staff at this store is always very attentive and helpful, making sure to resolve every issue quickly and effectively, asking questions and providing detailed explanations so the customer fully understands. Jeremy was especially helpful during this most recent visit, so I will always come back to this location.

Someone came to help me the second I walked in, the guy was great helped me with everything and even gave me a free charger so that I wouldn’t have to wait there while the transfer from my old phone finished transferring to my new phone.

Mr Aldo and the store manager were more then wonderful helping me out. Needed to change from prepay to post pay and they had the patience (even called customer service themselves) to make it work and see it all the way through. Can not thank them enough, their service is 10 star!!

Izzy is probably one of the best AT&T employees, my problem could not be solved in other stores and telephone support, but Izzy solved it easily! The best in the business!

The service at the Aventura store was superb, the staff was prompt to serve, and very eager to help me solve my problem. The person from the call center was equaly friendly and was able to resolve my situation in a speedy way. I am very happy and grateful for the service rendered.

Store on 181st and Biscayne; is clean, fresh, ample help for several customers and set up for comfort. It has been almost 2 years; old phone malfunctioning. Ms. Stella helped me to choose the right phone and up to date
accessories. I have a phone on order and can have old phone repaired with the Asurian insurance. I wanted the SamsungS23 in Army green. Great looking phone. I will return next week for new phone and electronic transfer of Data. Thank you AT&T and Ms. Stella.

DEFINITELY GET ELIZABETH to help you! She is AMAZING! We had a multi-day saga moving my personal devices into my business account and she stuck through it and was able to successfully navigate through AT&T support personnel, some of whom told her "not possible" or "needs to pay off his devices first" and finally she was able to escalate to someone in AT&T corporate who knew how to do what I needed properly. At the end of the day, my wife and I are both going to both have brand new iPhone 14 Pro Max phones and pay LESS for both the devices and unlimited service than we were already paying. My gross savings will be $100.00 per month having everything in one account and taking into account a nice discount I did not know I could qualify for just because I have AT&T Fiber as well! People like Elizabeth should be managing and training AT&T personnel throughout the company in everything from Customer Care to being a "Plan & Hardware Advisors" instead of just being sales people. She has reaffirmed my faith in the company as I am a 20-year customer of AT&T who was actively looking at other service providers until today. Thank you, Elizabeth :) Cheers!

Stella was amazing. She was patient, informative and provided exceptional service. The manager Jason was great. He was patient even as the store was closing no one rushed us or told us to return the next day. That was by far the best service that I've received at an AT&T store.

Upon entering the store I was greeted by Jeremy. Stella who helped me with my new device was outstanding. AT&T is lucky to have these two employees. An asset to AT&T!

Today and a couple days ago I went to trade in my families phones and a man by the name of Izzy stopped by to help me in any way he can. He was what what I would call perfect, he would help me in technology, and while waiting he blew my mind of how amazing his personality was and how good he managed to talk to others. Although I was in the store for 2 hours, Izzy made it feel like 20 minutes. He is the best.

Jeremy at the adventure store helped beyond what had hoped? I was so impressed with his knowledge about the products and found him extremely accommodating and professional. I see him excelling onward and upward within your corporation. It was raining outside and he even gave me something to use over my head as I was running back into my vehicle. I mean who does that? That employee is a definite keeper. Please treat him well.

The best,, my appointment on time, the representative ALDO excellent, explain every single thing to me, then answered my questions. Everything on my new phone the iPhone 13 working great and looking great as ALDO selected the best case for my needs. Congratulations AT&T for having ALDO as an employee and I understand well over 20 years, so this tells me why everything went so well

Kacey , Teran , Yani , Alex They are all amazing employees they helped me with every single thing I asked & also provided me with information that I was so unsure about . They also gave me great feed back regarding my phone services . I will definitely be coming back & they deserve either a bonus or a raise they were amazing and great spirited people looking forward to seeing them again .

Salvador was extremely helpful and patient. He helped me with my new purchase and even assisted with transferring from the old device to the next.
He kept a very friendly and professional demeanor throughout the whole process. He still kept track of the movements around the store and new customers coming in while helping me.
A very rude customer came in and he kept his cool even when she was yelling across the room. I am always very satisfied when I come to this store.
