Had a payment to send to Verizon, in order to do it I needed to go to Verizon store. I went to butler Verizon. Kevin took the time and patience with me to help me with the process, and so as for the other gentleman working there, they were all so nice to help me. Awesome people there 👍👍👍👍👍. Thank you 🙏

Good place to visit. Store reps were very kind and friendly. They were attentive to customers. All serves displayed were in good shape.

Had the most amazing experience with Alvin. The whole staff was friendly and inviting. They were so busy and worked fast and hard to accommodate. Had to go back to store to trouble shoot an issue today. Didn’t get name of individual helping hit he was courtesy knowledgeable and so helpful. Fixed my issue fast .. he was a manager. And so kind

GREAT store will go nowhere else for my phone and problems I may have with it. Note it is not the phone it is me. As a senior citizen and not that knowledgeable George the store manager went above and beyond to help me. Also I believe the other person that assisted me was Andy/Bill I am named challenged. When I signed in the most time I had to wait for service was 10 minutes. If I could give them a TEN I would.

A few weeks ago I walked in with my phone completely broken. Came in last minute with only 20 minutes. Alvin helped me and honestly best customer service ever! He was like well we only got this much time, and I told him do what you gotta do. Let me tell you fastest and best service. Alvin is so friendly nice and is willing to help you. Highly recommend and if you want someone to help you out, ask for Alvin!!! 10/10 for him.

This is not you mall location for Verizon - but a genuine corporate owned location. Went there looking a the Pixel Smartwatch. Unfortunately, the display model wasn't working, and I couldn't see the way the screen looked. Well if you can believe the manager and my salesperson dismantled the little kiosk trying to get power to the thing. After a good effort, it was clear I wasn't going to see if I could mread the thing. That's when the salesperson said, take a look at this Samsung model, it has a similar display - boom sale made - no muss no fuss. I get all my phones here too - the folks are wonderful - give them a shot

My name is John Carrino , I had a very nice experience at the Verizon store in Butler NJ. My salesmen Nicholas went above and beyond in explaining my new phone and new plan. Just outstanding. And the manager Jennifer was a delight to speak to . The store was clean , well run and totally accommodating. You should be very proud of this staff.

Last week, I had a new phone that was sent to me and I brought to Verizon. When I walked in, Alvin walked up and I said to him, I have a new phone that Verizon sent to me. He said, come over here and I'll set it up for you. He was very nice, patient and made sure that everything from my current phone was transford to my new phone.
I'm very happy and highly recommend.

Alvin helped my mom upgrade to a new iPhone, he was super friendly and helpful. We love coming to this store everyone is always so nice. They always work out the best deals as well.

I had no appointment, walked in, was greeted by Alvin, he was very professional. Tried his best to solve the problem. Issues was not resolved after I left. Overall the five star for his excellent customer service. highly recommend this place.

Nicholas at the Verizon store in Butler NJ has been a wonderful help to my elderly mother. He exemplifies what "excellent customer service" means. He has been helpful, competent, responsive, respectful, gracious, patient and kind. I couldn't ask for more.

Jay was very professional and helpful when I brought my phone in due to bug problems. He spent a lot of time explaining things to me, diagnosing the problem, and ensuring that everything was fixed before I left. I spent a good amount of time here and the other employees seemed to run an efficient and professional operation.

I must say I will not go to any other Verizon store but this one, and I have been to plenty others! I stopped in one night just to go over my options for upgrading all the phones in my plan (4). I let my salesman, Billy, know that I was kind of in a rush and wouldnt be able to purchase that day but wanted to get an idea of how much it would be! He had no problem explaining everything and going over all my options, he even gave me three different quotes to show the price differences. He gave me his work cell number so I can reach out with any questions or to find out when he was working to finish everything up. I ended up going back two weeks later and he was again extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made the transaction fast so I was in and out of there with all new phones!

Great experience with Nicholas today - not only did they help me figure out what I wanted but were able to get more upgraded phones and lines with plans that eventually ended up saving me more money. Highly recommend the specialists here

From the moment you walk in you are coordally greeted and checked in. Zero waiting made this even better. My salesperson Caitlin was pleasent, kind and knowledgable about the products. She never tried to pressure me to purchase any additional items. This was a very pleasant experience.

The store in Butler is hands down the best. The staff is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. And if that wasn't enough i have 1 word for you, William. He is phenomenal, whenever i need to add a phone or tablet to my account, or just general questions he is the man. I hope they keep up the good work.

I went to this Verizon store today to inquire about upgrade eligibility on my S8+. I had the pleasure of working with Denise, who was very knowledgeable on both the program and the different phones I was looking at (I ended up with a Note8). Denise was also a great help with the transferring of data from my old phone to new. Hold on to this employee, Verizon, she's a true professional!

I have been with Verizon for many years.... this is the only Verizon store where my husband and I always leave happy,not like rushed,pushed,or misled. DAN is a amazing asset to this store...knows everything and very honest.this is the pompton plains store
