The ladies at front desk are a pleasure to work with! The entire staff is always trying to accommodate your needs anyway they can! They have the part you need IN STOCK 98% of the time. I live an hr away and they are always my first call if I need a part in a pinch. Those other places have you waiting 2-3 weeks. Not here

These folks are seriously good - sales, parts, service, you name it. I work for a town department; there's been a few times I've been in a bind with some of our equipment & they've always been quick, courteous & professional. From original sale of big & small equipment, routine maintenance parts always in stock, to taking the time to help me through an unusual special project this year, I count myself lucky that they are there. Of course I'd recommend them!

While trying to start my generator this Tuesday during Tropical Storm Isaias, I discovered the fuel shut off valve had failed and separated from the fuel tank. I brought the tank in for John to have a look see. When the valve failed there was a piece that had fused into the tank body. He said he would have one of his technicians look at used equipment to see if a valve could be salvaged and installed on my tank. John and his workers came through with flying colors and had my tank ready for me to install when I returned. This saved me from having to potentially dump my refrigerator and freezer contents. What is really important here was John's willingness to tackle this small job. His shop is very busy with commercial work and this did not amount to a big transaction. But to me it was very important. Not having any power during this hot weather is not pleasant. John's team work is excellent and he is committed to only doing the best quality work. I highly recommend his services and products.

I have owned a landscaping company for 27 years and have run Ferris mowers for all of those years. I spoke with Jon about trying a Scag V-Ride. I purchased the Scag from him. When I picked it up Jeff went over the mower with me from top to bottom. They even gave me a full tank of gas. I am extremely impressed with this group of people. I will definitely be buying from them again.

I wanted a heavy duty lawnmower and searched for dealers around 75 miles or less from me. They had the best reviews online so I went down to check them out. The manager dropped what he was doing to show me a few machines. The prices were excellent and there was zero pressure to buy. They didn't hound me at all with phone calls or emails. A few weeks later I made the purchase and they delivered the mower the next day free of charge with a full tank of gas. These guys are easy to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone looking for something better than the big box store yard tractor.

I was considering purchasing Echo Equipment through an online retailer or big box store, glad I did not. Prices were competitive, better yet, they had all the equipment out of the box, oiled and fueled up, ready to go. Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will be going back for future equipment needs.
