Your employee Duba is a delight! He is always cheerful, humorous and efficient. He is very familiar with UPS procedure and keeps the line moving. Really an excellent employee!

I'm here all too often, mainly with Amazon returns but Duba is constantly a warm smile. Many times, in the morning its quite busy, but he always greets everyone with a happy attitude and always takes care of what's needed promptly. In today's times good customer service isn't easy to find, so it's appreciated to see Duba enjoying his job and always being helpful and a pleasure to work with.

Just dropped off another Amazon package and as usual Duba is a wonderful gentleman who not only has a smile for me but attempts to remember my name which it won't take much longer if Amazon keeps breaking my stuff lol. They are prompt, efficient and I've never had an unfriendly moment coming to the UPS store here. Keep it up and thank you for being so awesome!

Excellent, FAST, service all the time. Staff is very friendly and patient and helps you through the maze of packaging every time. They greet you with such enthusiasm when you enter which encourages you to come back to that particular store. Thank you for such a positive experience!

I barely made it before they closed on a Friday and Duba was so helpful, friendly, and didn't rush me at all even though I'm sure they were ready to close! He (and the lady working) were such a joy and spoke so highly of their boss. Hopefully the next time I go in there they are there because they were a joy to talk to! Anyone would be lucky to have employees like them!

Duba was amazing to work with and made my trip quick and easy. So many people have lost customer service skills and he started my day off on the right foot!

Brought in a package to return and the line was very long!!!....Everyone was patient as Duba was the only one there working and he was very polite and speedy as he helped Everyone!!!...
