Recently switched from T-Mobile after 15+ years with Verizon and so was nervous about a new carrier. Initial switch was a bit painful after realizing some promos that were not requested had been added. I am giving this store a 5 star rating solely and wholly based on the help I received from Mitchell. He prioritized me as a customer, delivering all that was initially communicated upon my switch by another associate. I appreciated his sincere desire to help and secure total satisfactory resolution toy account issue. Highly recommend you ask Fitz Mitchell by name at Delano store!
