Can't remember the name of the lady that helped us " GIVE HER A RAISE " She helped us pick out the right phone , activated them as well . She asked us if we had any questions the answer to that is she covered everything we could think of asking so no need to ask. She was the kindest person very through. Othere customer service people we went to for phones it was her that was the most helpful and answered all the questions we would have had . Please other phone stores should train under her we would have allot better other staff . A HUGE THANK YOU to her oh don't remember her name yet she had purple or pink hair . Your the best and a huge thank you to the best customer service my wife and I could have ever had . She deserves**********10 stars ...

Outstanding service from Moriah! Everyone was very polite and professional. Alot of customers came in during our visit and they managed everyone and their concerns in a timely manor. Even had some nice conversation with guests that were waiting! Overall 10/10 great experience at Verizon in Delano!

Navigating electronics is like a dental visit for me. I had stopped into this store a couple months earlier to compare promotions. Two small children and holiday business kept me from following up. When I stopped back in, Moriah remembered me and helped me to efficiently navigate the process of upgrading family cell phones and plans. Way better than a dental visit. Thanks Moriah!

The guys working today were awesome in all parts of the purchase from getting what I needed ready before I got to the store. Explained everything clearly, let me know the amount of time I had to return if it didn't function as promised and I was done. Being able to order online & pick up instead of waiting was awesome!

Great customer service from the moment I stepped in the door and was greeted by the staff. I asked a few questions as I knew I wanted another iPhone, but wasn’t quite sure the exact one. They checked their stock to let me know which phones/colors I could grab today versus ordering and from there they helped me pick the phone, set it up, and outfitted me with the accessory I needed!

Chris is very knowledgeable and very patient. He was the only tech at store and was able to change us over to Verizon from Sprint and install new phones for us as well as helping all of the other people at the store. Please let Chris know we really appreciated his expertise and ability to multitask.

Chris was very helpful got me in and out with no issues. Made sure I had the correct charging block for the Apple Watch charger I was buying but did not try and push it in me

My phone died and Ben was very helpful in getting me in the right phone for my needs. He didn't try to push me into buying something I didn't need. Highly recommend Ben.

Eric was great. He was very helpful without being pushy! He uses a different phone (Android vs iPhone) and was knowledgeable with the iPhone and just made me feel at ease! He made sure my new phone was working and all my apps were there! Great experience!!

Great customer service and very knowledgeable. Had to replace a phone that I no longer had access to and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I couldn't have asked for it to go any better.

Darian was a great help! We were having trouble switching our phone and transferring our contact list. He pleasantly went out of his way to move our contacts to a different phone first to make the transfer successful. He even stayed after closing on a weekend night to get this accomplished. This saved us hours of struggles. Thanks for the great service!

Good service. A bit of a wait but thats fine. Jerry was fun and helpful. Made it an easy experience to replace our 6+year old phones. No pushy sales gimmick. Would recommend.
