I went here to buy a lug nut for my tire, and noticed that a different tire was extremely flat! The store manager Heidi filled up my tire with her own air compressor and sat there and waited with me to make sure it wasn’t losing air and it was safe to drive! She’s amazing!!!! Luckily i was here otherwise idk what i would’ve done without her!

Went to this location a few times and it’s been great experience each time I’ve went, employees are respectful and gets the job done for me. Would definitely go back to this store. 10/10

Stopped in to get some rubber (disposable) gloves, and was amazed at how the staff helped me. I really didn't need the help, but was given a couple different options. I was also told about a members discount program.
Whoever that employee was is awesome!!!
Wish everyone had such great employees like this.
Store was super clean, and they had CANDY out for the kiddos on Halloween!!

Every time I come here I get really good customer service. David or Joshua are outstanding and go above and beyond to be of help and make sure I had what I need. It's awesome to see young men of this age so willing to take the time with a person like me who is not the best at vehicle issues

This store is great and most of the credit goes to the manager, Heidi. I had an issue with a product being priced wrong. Heidi went way above and beyond to help me. She is also friendly and a joy to interact with. She turned my frustration into genuine appreciation. She gets an A+ for customer service. The selection and prices are good, but I will continue to shop there because of the great job Heidi does.

This location is the best in service I have seen and received by far. Heidi the Manager is amazingly awesome, I watched her helped everyone with a genuine and welcoming warm vibes and attitude. She helped everyone in need including myself. I highly recommend this location for parts or minor service. I had my check engine light looked at and received the appropriate part I needed for my vehicle. Thank you so much for your dedication to your clients Heidi.

The salesman was quick at getting the parts I needed. Directed me to stuff I needed. I spent about, less than 5 minutes there. He was polite and straight to the point. Very happy with the service.

The manager was leaving after her shift and stopped to help me in the rain. She went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. I believe her name was Heidi but can’t remember for sure. I really appreciate her attitude and caring spirit, it’s not something that we see these days.

David went above and beyond for me. Couldn't be more appreciative. Purchased air filter at another Auto Zone location but it looked different than what I had. Went back to original location and the guy there was a condescending jerk. David verified I had the right one, but I couldn't get it to go in right. HE CAME OUT TO MY CAR and helped me! It wasn't easy but he was more patient with it than I'd been (day from hell). Plus, he was SO nice about it, even apologizing for the poor service I'd received at the other store. Somebody give this guy a raise!

I walked into this store with no hope of getting my car issues handled. There is the most amazing lady in the store name heidi her customer service is amazing. She goes beyond for the customer and hose the extra mile to make sure she can help to the best of her ability and I want auto zone to know that she dose her job everyday and she is loved and appreciated in the community thank you so much ms. Came in to get a car battery charged, but it turned out that it was bad. Without flinching, Dijon checked to see if it was still under warranty and it was! He grabbed a new battery and swapped it out for free in less than 5 minutes. The new battery worked like a charm. Grateful for kind and efficient workers like Dijon!

Great service given by 5he people here and very helpful. Helped me find parts I couldn't find anywhere. They also have some great deals they told me about. I got some hand cleaner for a penny when I bought some shop towels! Great place!

Always liked this store but today was especially pleased with it. Came in for an online order pickup. Heidi helped me and she made for an overall great albeit brief purchase experience. Loved the enthusiasm and speed of pickup. Who knew that a visit to an auto parts store could brighten one’s day. Thanks Heidi!

Came from FL to visit sick family member (4yr). battery died stranded on hyw turns out it was the alternator that went bad. The store manager (.Heidi ) Went out of her way to get my family (son and twin new borns) from freeway. God sent because no one stopped to help us. Very Grateful to her selflessness and genuine persona.Heidi your Amazing

Staff members offer amazing customer service and went above and beyond helping me with my wiper situation and saved me a great deal of time. Definitely somewhere I'll come for parts again.

I went in tonight to get my battery checked. The person who was “helping” me complained it was too cold outside and barely took the time to check my battery. Then Chelsea (hope I’m spelling it right) stepped up and gave me great service. She came outside and checked on my battery, as she was helping install someone else’s battery. I was floored at how helpful she was and wasn’t fazed by the cold like her coworker was. Hope the owner or at least the manager sees this and praises her because I would absolutely hire her if I had any business, not just an auto supply shop. Thank you Chelsea!!!

Great store to go to for parts. They also can help with battery install, changing wipers, bulbs, etc. Staff happy to help. N don't seem irritated with u like some other places do when u walk in. Like your disturbing their phone time. Highly recommend! Oh, they also price match!
