After returning a textbook that Kirk said had all 15 chapters in it, and the book only had 11 to 15 chapters. Kirk promised to return shipping. I was shorted $8.29 in shipping and requested the difference. CAN YOU BELIEVE HIS RESPONSE?: You simply ordered the wrong book. Try learning what an International Standard Book Number is and use that to order the book. If their is an issue with A.B.E.'s database then that isn't our problem. Perhaps a frontal-lobe lobotomy might remedy your abject ignorance here but it would probably just be a waste of the surgeons time. Have a nice night.
