Great store with excellent customer service. The owner makes you feel like you are family and will order merchandise that you want if they don't stock your desired product.

Prices a little too high

I've been trying to contact the owner of Art's ALL afternoon to inform him of an incident that happened (to me) in his store, by his employee. No-one answers the store's main line OR the phone number listed on the receipt.

I've been a regular customer at Art's for YEARS. Today I experienced something unexpectedly, by his employee - degrading, insulting and disrespectful.

The owner was not there and the number provided to contact him is unsuccessful. I am still pursuing another way to communicate w/ the owner to inform him of this behavior.

If anyone has contact info, it would be greatly appreciated.

The place smelled like weed when we came in and we had one old guy staring us down the whole time, when it came time to pay, they don’t take Amex, no big deal I tried to pay with a different card and the employee behind the counter told me I’m not tapping my card correctly, ended up walking out because of horrible service
