Refill Emporium : Zero Waste & Refill Shop

Really amazing shop and owners. I went in a month ago and got a variety bag for my girlfriend—which she loved. This shop is perfect for gifts for others or yourself. They also go above and beyond with their recycling efforts. Kudos to them! Check this place out!

I have been to this store two times so far and all the stuff I have got I have loved. I got a facial cleanser bar, stain remover spray, and bubble bath which is my favorite. I love that I can bring my own canter but they also have some donated one too. I wne y today and is excited to try the mask, and lotion I got.

I just went into the store for the first time this past weekend and I'm already obsessed. Not only was the owner super kind and helpful, but I love that I can make great choices that'll help the environment. The best part as most everything is cheaper than what I already use! I can't wait to go back and get some more things.

Update: I'm obsessed with Refill Emporium! Not only are their products amazing, but so are the owners! They have so much knowledge and are fun to talk to! Everything they have is good, but their hand soap and natural deodorant are phenomenal!

The staff is so friendly and helpful. My daughter, who is 9, told me today that because they are so nice she feels comfortable asking questions of them herself and does not feel shy.

I love all of their products! The shave bar is my favorite. The company I work for had a Christmas party here and we made our own bath salts! It was a great experience and the girls who own it are awesome. Highly recommend going eco friendly here.

This store is incredible! I love the experience of filling up my jars (and new ones), plus the products smell amazing!

I've always talked about how amazing it would be to have a place like this and now there's one 1 mile from my house! These ladies are so knowledgeable and if you have a question on one of the products, they will ensure you get your answer. My mom asked if the laundry detergent was septic safe and they immediately started looking into it!
The purpose behind this shop is to prevent waste. All of their products are environmentally safe! They sell shampoo, conditioner, soap, detergent, big spray and so much more! Just bring your container you wish to fill and fill it up with a product!

Amazing place! I can’t even begin to say how much I love this store, the owners are so thoughtful and amazing they remembered my name after only being here a few times! Their products are absolutely to die for! Eco friendly, healthy for you and smell amazing! Their cleaning powders and laundry detergent are to die for! Don’t forget the shaving cream bar that makes you feel like a goddess! So thankful I found this place!

Super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent products. Those I love are the Hi Bar shampoo and conditioner bars, the cream deodorant that REALLY works well, and the toothpaste tabs. Good stuff! They also recycle a lot of things regular city pick up doesn't.

I am so happy to have found Refill Emporium! Bought some soaps and Whitney made me a custom set of reusable paper towels that are the perfect size and I am so happy to be making one more step toward living more sustainability 🫶🏼

Met them at a small pop up shop at south lake and stopped into their store after! Great little shop with a nice selection. Their mission and purpose is awesome. Worth checking out. Fun selection of natural products from soaps to balms, shampoos laundry detergents and other cleaning supply’s. Bring in your own container if your able too! Awesome place. Will be back!!!!

Cant say enough good things about this place. This was the closest refill shop to me and I had never ever been anywhere like this before so I decided to take a shot in the dark and try something new.

I saved all my jars for a week then brought them with me! Wasn’t sure what to expect but I was warmly greeted when I entered by Whitney and Shannon and they took the time to explain how everything worked to me and then continued chatting and helping me the whole time I was here and gave honest answers to all my questions!

I also placed an order to have napkins custom made by Shannon. They brought out all the fabric to me and let me pick exactly what I wanted and then she ended up finishing them that day!! Just picked them up today and they’re beautiful and I will definitely be ordering from her again.

I can’t recommend this place enough and I keep telling all my friends and family to come here. They also take recycling for things you can’t typically recycle at home!

I am for lack of better words OBSESSED with this shop. I cannot say enough good things. They do the hard work for you and stock their store with clean, green products. Lots to choose from/great variety of products. Loyalty program available and customer service is phenomenal. If you haven't checked this place out, do yourself a favor and stop by! Support local!!

I love this place! I've been looking for a place like this for years. They are super helpful, friendly, and informative. Every time I come back their selection has expanded, from the products they offer to the types of recycling they accept. I will definitely keep coming back.

Refill Emporium is a wonderful place to use empty containers you have at home to get your home cleaning products and personal care products. Not only do you get great, natural products but you also help reduce waste going to landfills by reusing plastic or glass containers (they do have containers available to purchase as well if you don't bring your own). You even get reward points every time you make a purchase with double points on Wednesdays! The owners, Whitney and Shannon, are great and very knowledgeable about their products. They also have many options for recycling items you may have at home and are now also offering a composting service so you can bring in compostable waste - amazing! The two ladies who created Refill Emporium are just what we want in small businesses. They are so nice and extremely knowledgeable about how to lessen our carbon footprint and have high-quality products to clean the house and the people who live there. They also offer extensive recycling services free of charge, from cosmetic to candy packaging. I cannot recommend RE enough. Glad they’re here.

I love this company! It's great to find an all natural and eco friendly company so close to home. I use their unpaper towels daily for cleaning and they come in such cute patterns. The soaps all smell amazing. I think the cashmere and jasmine scent is my favorite. The honey tea bar soaps are such a great design that I asked to buy in bulk as party favors for my wedding! Also, I have pretty sensitive skin and I haven't had any negative reactions to their products. Definitely worth checking them out!
