Zagers Pool & Spa

We have been looking for a hot tub for awhile. We had almost decided on one but decided to go look at Zagers. We were so pleasantly surprised that they just started carrying another line. A line that fit all of what we wanted. Mira hot tubs. Bryan was a great sales person. He assured us that any problems with the hot tub would be taken care of. We'll the first night we were in the hot tub all the water drained completely. Zagers sent a spa tech, Craig out the next day. He found out what was wrong and started fixing it. Within 30 minutes we receive a phone call from the service manager Steve. They said they wanted to offer us a new hot tub because of what happened. They stood behind what they said! The manufacturer did not want problem tubs with customers and stood behind that. I have never experienced such amazing customer service!!! Thank you to Zagers for standing behind your products. I will always be referring potential customers your way! Way to go. I truly can't say enough what you did for us!

Great service and very friendly staff. We didn't end up buying a tub from Zagers but that was only because we found a tub configuration that we liked way better at a different place.

Bryan was very knowledgeable about everything I had questions about. I went to 2 other pool stores before going to Zagers, and they wouldn't give me the time of day for wanting an above ground pool. But Bryan was awesome. Bought a pool from them and can't wait to get it all set up for summer!

I had a problem with my hot tub. When I called Bryan was so friendly and helpful. He researched my problem and 15 minutes later called me back with a solution! I did not need further help.

What a great experience! I brought my hot tub water in to be tested. They called their competition, that I purchased my hot tub from, to make sure they knew exactly which one it was. Through a few different interactions now I am realizing I should have purchased my hot tub from Zagers. I certainly will be next time!

Bryan helped me get my pool from green to blue quickly! It’s our first year with a pool and he was so helpful in analyzing the problem and laying out the most cost effective solutions. He even gave me his email In case I had any questions or needed help after hours. So grateful for his help!!

I really appreciate the Jamestown store and their help in keeping my pool water clean and balanced all year. In particular, I look for Nick to do my water analysis because I know he will give me a a great understanding of the water analysis and how to fix any issues. I appreciate his insight above just reading the print out.

Very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. We picked up a free pool from Craigslist that the original owner purchased from Zagers. While inspecting all of our parts before breaking ground we found a few pieces pieces that were damaged. I took those pieces to Zagers to see if I could buy replacement parts. The manufacturer no longer made the parts, but they took the time to look through their stock of extra parts. They had ones that matched and sold them a reasonable price to me. They have happily answered every question that we have asked.

Really good experience with this store. They had a filter part that other stores weren’t sure they could even order. They found the one they had left and I had the pool back up and running the same day. Very professional and helpful staff.

I love coming here to bring my water to be tested, more than helpful. Everybody's super friendly and they never try to sell you something that you don't need!

We have had an in ground pool for many years and the team at Zager’s always does a great job of educating, assisting, and helping us problem solve any issue or concern we have. We are loyal customers, and look forward to another great season!

We have had the highest possible service from Chris at the Grand Rapids location! He has gone above and beyond to help trouble shoot any problem that we've faced: tracking down difficult to locate parts, helping get a pool back in balance, keeping people on time for the work that was scheduled on our pool and giving great advice based on experience. Because he is there, I have no desire to look elsewhere for pool service.

The staff here is always very helpful, especially being new to the pool and spa world. Very convenient and quick analysis as they guide you through what is needed. I would highly recommend using Zagers for all your pool and spa needs!

Despite delays due to Covid would 5/5 recommend Zager. The sale staff were knowledgably, not pushy, and no attempts were made at "upselling". The install team was absolutely fantastic.

Outstanding service and painless pool construction. They make it very easy for someone who has never owned a pool to design and then maintain their pool. Assistance after construction was really appreciated. Highly recommend.
