AT&T Store

Damian was awesome. Such a hard worker. I had to wait a few but i did not mind because when it was my turn Damian gave me 100% attention to what I came in for. He is such an amazing hard worker and i look forward to coming back to the store.

This is the best AT&T store in Illinois I drive from Orland park to come to this store. That should say a lot because I pass by 6 different AT&T stores just to get to this one. My transaction are always easy and fast. The staff is always so nice and helpful. Constance was the rep that helped me and the manager Riziq assisted her 😃

Constance helped me she was so nice and informative, also the manager Riziq was the first to greet me with a smile and made me feel comfortable and very welcoming. The store was clean and helpful thank God I live close to an att store that is good because I always have bad experience with other at&t stores.

I love this store. They are soo friendly and are always willing to help. They took care of all my needs and most important they were quick with servicing me! Great white tlove experience. Keep up the amazing work!!!!

Jay was very helpful and very patient with me. He was awesome. I will definitely come in to see him with phone issues or buying a new phone.

Constance is absolutely amazing! I only come in to work with her and every time she's the most patient and caring. Very knowledgeable. She knows her stuff!

This store is by far the best AT&T store I came in needing to add service they took care of me fast and with kindness. The store manager Riziq and representative Helen were wonderful! I highly recommend this location.

My fiancé and I went back into the store today to switch from T-mobile to At&t. We worked with Constance and she was absolutely pleasure both days that we worked with her. Today she was getting ready to clock out and saw us walk in and still made the choice to help us. Definitely will be back if we need anything else in the future!

Milo was phenomenal!
He helped me upgrade my phone and also offered us the promotions they had in store. He was kind, attentive and very welcoming.

They were extremely short staffed and I can tell the staff was overwhelmed, however Manager Riziq helped me and he was just so kind and gave me his full attention and answered all my questions and solved my problems with my account, this is the only location I am willing to go to. I pass by 4 different AT&T stores just to come to the Crestwood AT&T store. Thank you!

I was suprised how helpful this location was. Everytime I go to any AT&T store its always a bad experience. But this location is different in a good way, I can tell its a new manager and a new staff. The manager Riziq kept checking in on me and made sure the representative took care of me.

Not gone lie, We got met at the door by the representative. She was so awesome from start to finish. Im letting y'all know right now, they change my life in ways a-lot wouldn’t even comprehend. Helped us get rid of our old provider, and just overall she knew what she was doing. The best store in the south suburban area. Shoutout to José the store manager and constance The Best rep ever man! Damian was amazing. Such a great and patient sales rep. He explained my package to me and helped me in selecting the best phone for an upgrade.
