To the staff today we thank you for your professionalism during the time that we were in the building during the shooting on 7/6/24. We had only been in the building just a few moments when all this happened. You locked the door, got everyone to safety and checked on us. This was our first time ever in this store as we live out of state. On the way out we were asked if we were ok and encouraged us to come back again after she was told that this was our first time.

The employee's were extremely helpful in my first purchase of my ball Python.They were knowledgeable in the care of the animals.All the reptile's were very healthy looking and the enclosures clean.They were helpful with getting my first enclosure and everything needed.
I returned several times today to purchase enclosures and set-ups for the two snake's I had purchased from an individual breeder today.

Me and my daughter stopped by this petco to buy a hamster (first pet) but wasn’t very sure about everything but a girl working there named Kylie helped us pick which little hamster to bring home and her customer service was absolutely amazing i’ve never been greeted by such a great employee and you can tell she loves every animal there. Very genuine as well and she is real with you. She didn’t rush us, and went over simple care and questions. If you are thinking of getting a pet/supplies/vet care I highly recommend going here!! I’m sure you will be satisfied as well!

Edited: I also wanted to say all the other staff and managers were great, I just want to make sure that kylie gets the recognition she deserves!!!

Kiley and her coworker are the absolute best. My first time in the new store and they made Bubba Beans and I feel like a part of their family. I'll always come back here. I will always appreciate their kindness and generosity of their time.

Went to the Quincy, IL store. Needed pond fish and food. The employee helped me and knew exactly what I needed. Love this new store and excited to go back. I recommend this store, check it out.

They just opened their Vet clinic and my daughter has entrusted them with the care of her Frenchie Bruno. So excited to continue care with them. I highly recommend them for the care of your pet

Andrew was very helpful. His knowing that the sizing guidelines on the package were inaccurate saved me from purchasing something that didn't fit and having to return it.

Very thankful for the kind associates! I was /that/ customer who arrived four minutes before close. Despite the time crunch and below zero temperature outside, they were still helpful and very friendly. The store is always very well kept and does their best to prevent the spread of COVID. I never have trouble returning or exchanging opened foods that little Lizzie refuses to eat.

I bought a bearded dragon, his name is Frankie and he's doing great, loves his trees in his habitat

I always shop with you guys but this was first time at the new store. I love it, super clean employees super nice and helpful, easy to navigate around and found what I was looking for. Came back next day and purchased another item. I'll be back

I Like these folk. Very knowledgeable and not pushy just to sell something. They are willing to share the knowledge that they have. Very good place to go.
We spoke at length to their dog trainer. They only offer one on one training, no group classes. Which is what I wanted. After all, 90% of the training is training me to train the dog. For me, that will happen better in a one on one class.
He took the time to stop and speak with us at length. His willingness to do this accompanied by his bosses to allow this has sealed me as a customer. These folk really care.

This place was awesome inside. I didn't know they had so much to look at, that was so real. Everyone was nice that worked there, and very helpful. We will be back again soon.

Our beta midnight is doing great! They had a good selection and the staff was small but knew what they were doing! Little wait time will worth the trip especially to see the lizards!

Had to stop in on a stormy morning. Although completely unstaffed (except vet and staff) Missy was helpful and a joy to be around. Give her a raise.

Loved the selection of toys for my pugs & selection of reptiles. I also love the selection of food for reptiles, I have an older leopard gecko & it's not easy to find food for him.

The customer service is first rate, and my dog always enjoys her visits. Jessica in the grooming department does exceptionally gentle and professional work on her nail trim and buffing.
