Shawn was very respectful. Very professional. He was able to handle the craziness of my kids while still maintaining a comedic but sincere environment. The shop was clean. His son was very helpful as well. They loaded my new mattress into my vehicle for me. The displays were setup nicely. My wife and I bought a hybrid, pillow top , with fell infusion. Highly recommended.

I will say the overall experience was pleasant. At no time did we feel rushed or pressured. We were presented with multiple options and price points. No cringy salesman tactics. Honest and fair. Helped us load the mattress we purchased and even helped to secure it. Gives good information and allows you to make a decision. Understanding it is an expensive purchase. The mattress has been very comfortable, and the quality at this point we have no complaints

I liked having an appointment, so I could have all of Sean’s attention. He was informative, while not being pushy. Prices were very good. I save lots over the furniture store. I had just left. You can’t go wrong checking this out if you need a mattress.

Buying a mattress can be intimidating. Not with Shawn at Mattress By Appointment. Everything about buying a mattress was super easy and stress-free. It was actually a lot of fun! My wife and I had the whole store to ourselves! Shawn did a great job explaining the benefits of each mattress, and then let us decide for ourselves. There was no pushy sales pitch at all. Would recommend giving Shawn a call and set up an appointment! Plus since Joy is a registered nurse, we were able to save an extra 10%! Check it out!
